Great service
My car was recently totaled and I needed a new car fast. I was looking to buy but could not afford the car payments. After looking through my other options we got to a good price for leasing and although that was not my original intention - I felt like it was a good fit in the end for me at this time. They seemed to really listen to my needs and respect what I could and could not do financially. I would buy from this dealer again!

Third car from Gateway
This is the third car we bought from Gateway Kia. They always seem to be able to answer any questions we have and work with us on price. I also get my vehicles serviced here. They are all very friendly people and I really don't want to single out one person. They all work well as a team and treat us as friends, not customers.

Happy but not jumping up and down
Came back to KIA 6mths later to get the car I've been keeping my eye on. Mark Cole was my contact back in October and my luck...he was in!! He was tied up with another customer and Chris and one other guy (sorry can't think of his name) helped me until Mark was available. Even though the managers couldn't make the numbers work for the car I truly wanted and I had to settle for less, Mark did a great job! He sold the "lesser" car just like he initially sold the car I was dreaming of driving away in! March Madness advertisement was misleading and a bit disappointing.

A wonderfully smooth and non-pressure experience!
When we came into Gateway Kia, we were instantly greeted by a manager and made to feel welcomed at the dealership. We stayed what we specifically were looking for and before we knew it we were hooked up with Rob who was determined to find us something in our price range and what we were looking for. No one pressured us to by the most recent model, everyone respected what we asked for. When it came down to deciding between two cars, Rob didn't pressure is into a car and let my husband and I take the time to decide which was best for us. Rob is extremely knowledgeable in the Kia brand and you can tell he is proud of the cars he sells! Everything from the moment we walked in the door to test driving cars to signing the paperwork was smooth and easy! Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was welcoming and so easy to talk to and work with! Even with our 6 month old daughter in tow, we felt completely at ease. We drove off the lot in a new car and were absolutely happy with the service we received from everyone we talked to! We will definitely be back when it's time to get a new car!
