Great service, great people, great place!
Dealing with Gateway KIA started with the purchase of a 2013 Sportage EX. I thoroughly enjoy this vehicle and have had the service done at this location. The service staff has always been able to meet my request for an appointment date and time and the work is always done right the first time. My last service was for an oil change and tire rotation and while waiting I became interested in a used car which I wound up buying. Again the whole purchase was a pleasure. I will continue to have both cars serviced at Gateway KIA of Quakertown and have to thank Jay (Service Dept), Rob (Salesman), James (Business Ofc),and Alex (Sales Mgr) for helping making this a great experience.

Buying my 2nd soul
Always a positive experience when I walk into the dealership. Jon Taylor spent most of his day with me making sure I got the best deal. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I've gone to other dealerships in the past and felt like the staff was cold, ( quick buy your car and leave). After leaving I felt like I just spent the day with family.

No second key povided
This is our first time buying a Kia. Tommie Madden, our salesman, was extremely helpful and had an excellent knowledge of the product. He was very friendly and not pushy in his sales technique. The only disappointment we had with the dealership was that after signing all the papers and taking delivery of our 2014 pre-owned Kia, we were given only one key! We were told that Gateway would supply a duplicate key without the remote, which was acceptable with us. After several calls on the status of the order, we were told there was no single key available and only came in a remote assembly. In addition it would cost $260.00 to purchase it and have it programmed. Having the need for a second key we did order the key assembly and set up an appointment for its programming. This is the first time in 50 plus years of purchasing both new and pre-owned automobiles that we were given a single key!

Second trip a charm!!
We went back to Gateway KIA for the second time and it was as efficient and pleasant as the first time!!We told them what we were looking for in a Sorento, within 10 min. the vehical was parked outside the showroom!! Ahh wanted it soooo bad took a ride wanted it even more Tommy Madden saw that it happened Thanks Tommy Madden and finishing up the sale was James Milligan completed it Thanks again guys!!

After visiting several dealerships and researching many cars I found the right car and deal for me! Great team ! I finally found everything I could want in my new Sedona. They have many different styles. I love having a stylish 8 passenger van with lots of cargo space and seat options. The ride and handling are better than any other vehicle I tried. Can't wait to take some trips.
