My automobile broke down for good on Sunday. By Monday, I drove away in a brand new car. I got a great deal for a car that fit me perfectly. Gateway Kia took care of me, and me feel like a king at their dealership.

Excellent as usual!

This is the second car we purchased from Gateway. Both times were a pleasure. Courteous, friendly and no pressure sale! Great price as fast as well. We always had our first Kia serviced there and the service department is top notch as well.

Highly satisfied

Overall highly satisfied. Got annoyed a little with how long it took to sign all paper work but that's everywhere you go. The salesman listen to what we wanted and worked hard to get us in the car we wanted at an affordable payment. Will definitely recommend this dealer.

Very annoying

Leasing process was totally exhausting. Salesman did NOT listen to our requests. Kept trying to push us into a different model vehicle than what we were shopping for. Wasted countless hours of precious time. Absolutely annoying. Will not be going back here again.

Customer service

I went in looking for a used car, but ended up buying a new car. A few bumps but otherwise a very pleasant experience. Good job Fred.

Customer service

Was just riding by the dealership one day and stopped in. Fred was out of the door immediately. Was actually looking for a used car, but when I saw that blue Forte I knew right away it was for me. A few snags but nothing I can't handle. Great job Fred. A shout out to Brent also.

Surprised at the deal we got!

Jon Taylor was our salesman and we highly recommend him. His professionalism made our deal possible and that is after we had shopped three other Kia dealerships without success. We are absolutely delighted with the whole team at Gateway Kia and now consider them among our friends. Highly recommend them without any reservation!

2017 Kia Sportage

Annie was my sales person and was wonderful. No hard sell, no pressure just asked what I was looking for in the SUV. I told her asked for the best deal without going back and fourth and I left with my new Sportage with the options and the price I was happy with. This is the first time I felt I didn't get really bed buying a new car. This was all due to Annie.

This dealer is exhausting

This place is literally exhausting me. After giving them a horrible review just a couple weeks ago about my buying experience, here's another. After talking with five different people to schedule a service, yes five, I'm not exaggerating, I thought I finally achieved this. They "put me on a waiting list for a loaner vehicle and would call me back when one was available to complete the service". Having not heard from them in two weeks, I called them to find that I am not on any list. Shocker. One, you deal cars, how do you not have more than four loaner vehicles. Two, who the xxxx is running the show at this place. What a freaking headache this has all been from the start. This is just icing on the cake considering I need a service already after buying the car from them only two weeks ago. Can't wait till my warranty is up so I can go somewhere else.

Over charged you

Leasing '15 baseline sorento msr $24,800, paid 275$ for 36months. For buyout wants 288$ for 72months. Total payment from my pocket $30,600. Terrible.
