2014 cadenza

Great service as usual. Always friendly and helpful. Would trust Don with all my work. My car was done on time and was even washed.

Scott my salesman was very polite and helpful

Straight and to the point

Had an older Kia that they gave me $6000 over blue book like they said they would. Got me into a newer model for a good price. Everything was painless and they were true to their word. Will be back.

Tierod replacement

Got me in right before my warranty was about to expire . They’re always very thorough and check everything even when you bring your vehicle in for routine service. That’s how they spotted that part needed to be replaced. Had they not reported it to me I wouldn’t have known it was “iffy” and the cost to replace it would’ve fallen on me to pay. Autumn is always very helpful and explains everything in detail.

Service

Had an 8:00 o'clock appointment. When I arrived they had no record of it even though I had an email confirmation. I did not get my car washed because I was told that they were short handed and they had to wash a new car that was just sold. So as a customer who has already purchased a car I was not important enough to be considered a customer any longer. NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

HOW DO YOU GILT A LILY

impressed with clean neat customer lounge- Fred Beans offers tutorial classes to explain all the operations of new gadgets ( I'm pushing 80 its all confusing) service rates a 10

Best dealership!

I’ve bought multiple cars at gateway and love the service and sales teams! I only bring my card to gateway!! They are very professional, polite and offer excellent service. It’s great to talk to Don and Autumn!!

There are only two words that describe my car buying (actually lease) experience at Gateway Kia: "JULIAN BREUX" - I urge you to contact Julian for a no hassle - down to earth deal! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced about all Kia models - He'll "steer" you in the right direction.
