Great friendly dealership. Been going there for almost ten years. Purchased two cars getting great deals on both. Service had always been great and always done on time

Recall

Had a recall on my 2018 Sedona for sliding door issue. Car was fixed and washed for my pick up. Good service! I will continue to use this location for all my services.

Detail, oil change and recall work

Autumn was awesome! She was so helpful and she even cleaned my car for me. She called me with updates as to when the car would be done, She walked me in and out of the dealership. The best service visit yet :) Thanks guys! Rebecca

EXCELLENT!!

Customer Service was outstanding. I decided to get more work done on my car because they offered me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to sit there for 4+ hours with my daughter. That made a world of difference

New used car purchased -2015 Sedona EX

Car purchase completed on Saturday 6/23. Picked up vehicle on Monday 6/25 and departed the dealership only to realize that the A/C was not cooling. Could not return that day due to appointments and had to get the earliest available service appointment which was Wed. 6/27 at 8:30am. I think that the fact I had this issue upon pick up that I should have been given more of a priority and at least accommodated into Tuesday’s service schedule. The service person I spoke with (Mark) said that he was booked up for Tuesday. Sales Mgr Alex wanted to intervene and try to get me into Tuesday but I decided that I would just not use the vehicle on Tuesday instead of create havoc for the service department to fit me in. I much appreciate the customer service attitude that Alex had and I being in sales and service for over 40 years understand the value of a satisfied customer. Lastly on the day of service Wednesday the service Manager was quite accommodating after hearing the issue with the vehicle .

Everything completed as was expected and done on time. I will come again to have my car serviced when needed and will expect the work completed as in the past

Very pleasant and comfortable, with no hassle.

Kia of Warrington have the most polite people in a dealership I have ever known. There need to be more dealerships like you then they would have more business.

Service work

Service advisor was very accommodating with work that was being done on our automobile.treatment was very pleasant working with gateway Kia.will definitely look forward to working with this company in the future.

Getting to my deal

I found BJ aka Walter Gilatt, to be hard to work with on this deal. He sold me on my Forte 3 yrs ago. But when I came in for your event it was difficult. He hadn't been there in years. Kept saying it was his 1st day back. If I hadn't had a previous relationship with him I would have walked out or ask for another sales person. He didn't know the product. Didn't listen to what I wanted in color or options. I had to remind him on several occasions what I wanted. Black on black Optima EX. Even when writing up the final deal he said it was for the silver Optima and I had to correct him. Alex was awesome he worked the deal I was almost ready to walk out. Barry saved everything and I finally got the 12k 48month lease I walked in and asked for. The downside is sitting around for nearly 90 min waiting to sign papers. BJ should not have been working with customers that day. He should have shadowed another sales rep I think the deal would have been done much quicker and not taken 4.5hrs My car came from NJ and I picked it up on Monday 06/25/2018. There was still some dirt build up in the trunk lid area. I was disappointed in the detail that was given to a 36,000 dollar car. That there was no quality assurance shown that the car was free of all dirt or dirt buildup.
