Service is exceptional

The service/ employees are great. Always so nice and helpful i would recommend Gateway Kia to friends and family. Really good with reminders for appointments.

New Key fob programmed

This was a short visit today, less than 45 minutes. I had ordered a new Key fob to replace one that had been damaged in a parking lot after I had dropped it and it got run over by a passing car in a parking lot. So, they had to program the new one to my car and make sure that both of my key fobs, the new one and my spare back up one both worked.

Stephanie Hevener

Stephanie took the time and energy to help my family and I into a vehicle. Shes very outgoing, friendly, and encouraging. My kids absolutely loved her also

Problem with condensation in tail light.

Everyone at the dealership is very knowledgeable and friendly. Service Department is prompt and thorough.I was in and out of building in the promised time.

Inhibitor switch repair Dec 2017

Inhibitor switch did not fix the problem and probably wasn’t a repair that was needed. Still having same issue as before. Brought it in this month and they couldn’t find the problem.

Auto inspection and oil change

Professional, pleasant experience in inspection, auto complete check for any maintaine needed now or in future. Complimentary car wash. Very pleased with entire service department. Waited for car in Kia Lounge and service finished in anticipated time frame.

Accommodating

The staff at gateway were very accommodating. The sales manager gave me a $500.00 of coupon. Scott went over and above to make sure my car was ready to go.

Stephanie is amazing

I came into Gateway Kia of Warrington with the intention of seeing what I could afford. I met with Stephanie. She made the experience extremely pleasant and for the most part, pain free. She is very knowledgeable about the product. Her attitude is always positive and outgoing. She is a real asset. She is my sales person every time I want to look for a new car. Thanks Steph!!!

service visit

I went for an oil change. Since they do the multi-point check, they found a couple of things that were due for regular maintenance. I'm not due for inspection until December, and am glad they were able to do things proactively.

In for a check up!

As always it is a worry free experience~ Don Pernsley in service is the best! I never worry because I trust him and I know when my car is returned the work needed is done and most of all, its safe! Love my Kia and Gateway Kia of Warrington~ Simply the best!
