Easiest car buying experience!

After leaving two dealerships because of pushy salespeople, I was relieved to come across Julian at Gateway Kia! I never felt pressured into anything and truly felt like I was getting the best deal and exactly what I wanted. Not only was the process easy, Julian made the experience fun and I am totally in love with my new Kia.

Mr. B Lodge

no hassle or pressure in buying/leasing, this is the 2nd lease from Gateway Kia, also purchased a Sonata along with the 1st lease back in 2015.

Liars

Long story short, I have a problem with my aftermarket alarm remote. Mark, the Service Advisor, I had to deal with offered no resolutions for me at all. He couldn't care less. I had to ask to have my car battery checked. It turns out my battery needed to be replaced. He still couldn't tell me if that was the issue with my alarm remote not working. So I have been using my factory alarm since. He lies to me and tells me he can't reach the alarm guy to ask if the car battery was the problem. But it's funny how he can reach him to tell me that Steve (the alarm installer) does not allow Gateway Kia customers to call him anymore. Mark is the worst Service Advisor I've ever had to deal with. What happened to the other nicer and friendly guys who used to work there??? I will not be trading my car in at this dealership later this year as I planned to. I don't appreciate how I've been treated and lied to.

Outstanding Salesmen & Team

Scott Dutter was our salesman. He and the whole team were very pleasant throughout the process. They didn?t mind staying late helping us getting the right car. We were just looking and ended up walking out with the brand new Sportage. Very happy with my very first Kia. Our thanks to Eddie, Scott and the whole team for making it an excellent experience.
