Love my kia's
Love the kia's. This is my third Kia and I'm truely a fan. My second Kia was only 2 years old but it had turbo front wheel drive. I've had turbo all wheel which I really loved ,but the front wheel drive only, not so much. I didn't like the feel of excelleration with just front wheel so we went to replace it. Got a v6 Sorrento. What a beautiful riding, driving machine!!

Great car shopping experience
Rob Lucerne helped me walk out of Gateway Kia with a new Kia Forte! He was great to work with. I went there to look around. He asked what I was looking for and picked out the exact car that suited me. After one test drive, I was happy. Here's what I don't like. I don't like car shopping, and I don't like pushy salespeople. That's why I like Gateway Kia and Rob! No pressure. He and the team will listen to you, and will work with you until you are satisfied. THE ART OF THE DEAL!
The "Boys" did a great job! Tom, Mike and Ray (AKA Rainman) made my experience special. Like many car shoppers say "I'm not here to buy... TODAY". The next thing I knew I was driving out of the KIA dealership in Warrington in my new KIA. I drove to and from the Jersey shore that very evening and was pleasantly surprised with the 37.5 MPG and a range of over 500 miles! The ride (comfort) was actually better that the Camry I had just turned in, and even better than my neighbor's BMW. I would highly recommend this KIA dealership ....and sales team.....to anyone.

Awesome experience
Walked in with an older model KIA with intent to look around, walked out with a new 2017 KIA sorento. Service was excellent, everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to help me.. Would dedinitely recommend Gateway KIA.as the dealer of choice.

Went shopping for a good used car.Something a little bigger than what we had.Really had no intention of buying a brand new car but very glad we did .And what really sold us on a Kia was the bumper to bumper warranty of 5 years /60,000 miles .Our salesman Tom Foster worked a little more than an hour and we were on our way with a 2017 Optima.Julian helped make the deal great for both me and the dealership.I did leave an earlier review but somehow I gave the same ratings but it registered a 1 on everything.It was the most pleasurable car buying experience I ever had .Thank You Gateway ,we will definitely be coming back again!.

Worst service experience ever
Gateway Kia of Warrington has the worst service department I've ever experienced. Don (service advisor) and Frank (service and parts director) are not friendly or helpful. On several occasions I was charged for fixing a problem that didn't needed to be fixed. When I questioned the work I was met with increased rudeness and disrespect. I feel as though this service department is dishonest and most certainly doesn't care about their customers. As a side note, I did purchase my vehicle here but will never use them for anything again.

Car Shopping
Went looking for a good used car ,wound up buying a new car due to the sales incentives.Tom Foster and Julian the sales manager were very helpful in the whole process.We went when the tv infomercial was airing on a Saturday morning.The whole process took little over an hour .I would definitely buy here again .
