Worst car service I've ever experienced

The service department misdiagnosed repairs for my 2012 Kia Sorento over the last couple of years but refused to rectify the issue. I feel as though they are dishonest. They really ONLY care about the bottom line. They definitely don't care about the customer. I'm not happy with my Kia to begin with but the terrible service has pushed me over the edge. I'll never buy a Kia or go to any Gateway dealership ever again. I will also make it a point to spread the word about my terrible experience.

Great place to shop and get service!

Love this place! The sales people aren't pushy and the service department is by far the best I've been to. Don Pernsley is awesome and makes you feel like he cares about his customers, their concerns and their vehicles! I won't go anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend them from sales to service!!

Satisfied Customer

Just bought my second vehicle from Gateway Kia they were the only dealer that was able to get me out of my lease that I was upside down in due to being 45k over in mileage. I gave my salesman Julian a monthly payment I could afford and he came through with a deal on a vehicle I am very happy with. A 2016 Optima EX. I use gateway for my service also they have a great service department.

Great Inventory, good prices and a great staff.

I was very pleased with the large inventory and the friendly staff. I got a good vehicle for a good price. You even get a loaner car for repairs.

Flat Tire

My road side assistance was so nice and very helpful. I got to Gateway Kia of Warrington, service department, as always, extremely polite and helpful . Especially , Amber, she kept informed of how my care was coming along. I was so impressed with the sales and service dept. that I am on my second kia from this dealership. My husband has now leased a Sportage from them.

Bent over backwards to get me what I wanted!

I was looking to decrease my monthly payment by $100. Julian and his managers bent over backwards to make sure I was where I needed to be!

Gateway Kia SOUL

I went to Gateway Kia in Warrington, PA to lease a Kia SOUL. My salesperson, Chris Hendrzak was #1 in my books for making my dream come true. I had a certain price to work with and he and his team kept me right on target. First time in my life I am leasing BUT am very satisfied with the package and the vehicle. Highly recommend them . . . NO PRESSURE . . . NO HASSEL. Thank you Chris!!
