From the time I phoned Gateway Kia, to the day I visited, 4/15/13, they always treated me in a proffesional customer oriented manner. Upon my arrival I was introduced to Lorenzo Kemmerlin the sales consultant assigned to me by the sales manager. I felt very comfortable with Lorenzo as he took the time to explain all of the options I had at my disposal. My situation was a bit tricky as I knew I was upside down badly in the vehicle I was trading in, Lorenzo worked with Eric Tunke, who found the best fit for me in order to get me the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable payment. I am extremely pleased to say I am the proud new owner of a 2013 KIA Optima, and what a vehicle! It will take me a bit of time to figuire everything out with all of the new bells and whistles included, and also coming from a SUV, which I have driven for 20+ years the vantage point is changed! I would recommend this delaership to anyone interested in being treated like a valued customer walking in the door. I live over an hour away and had a bad experience with the local KIA dealer and Gateway made the trip worht every mile. Thank you again to the entire team who assisted me, from Lorenzo to all of the folks evaluating my trade, the finance folks and anyone else who took the time to greet me while I was there.

I gave this dealership very Hi ratings due to the fact that they bent over backwards to accommodate my wife and myself in getting our paper work done as faster as possible so we could take the vehicle of our choice home that night. The staff stayed well after closing time to get things done (1130 pm to be exact). Christopher took time from his busy schedule to explain how different functions of the car operated even though he had very little sleep the night before. We have never had this kind of experience with any dealership in the past while shopping for a vehicle before. A very pleasant change of pace. Keep up the good work Kia guys!

I felt welcomed and appreciated from the time I walked in...

I felt welcomed and appreciated from the time I walked in Gateway Kia Warrington until I drove away in my 2013 Kia Soul +. Rick Abbate was very friendly and very helpful during the entire process. Rick gave me his full attention and explained everything patiently and thoroughly. Rick was very knowledgeable on the Kia Soul and showed me how to work everything on the car. By the time I left I felt like I had had my Soul for years instead of just a few hours! I have leased many cars over the years, spending almost the entire day at the dealership. Rick and Laura Weaver were very efficient and made the process go smoothly and quickly without me feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend Gateway Kia Warrington to anyone looking for a new or used car. Ask for Rick Abbate!''

Kia of Warrington is one of the best dealerships I have...

Kia of Warrington is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. Our salesman, Lorenzo, was so friendly, worked with us to find the right car for us and asked what our needs were. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted within our budget. The entire staff is friendly and willing to make the customer as comfortable as possible during the buying process. I would absolutely recommend Kia of Warrington!!

I would recommend to anyone anywhere. They offer the best customer service I think I've ever received. If I could tell all the shoppers on the floor to go for it at Gateway I'd do it.

Joe Weber was my salesperson and was a great guy, no high pressure and knew the product well. He walked me through the options and features and then we went for a test drive! I really like the vehicle and look forward to the service that will be provided! Overall, was a great experience, and would recommend Gateway Kia of Warrington to anyone looking for a new car!

I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I even told Lorenzo before I left that this experience was the best because it was so easy. He was upfront didn't pressure me, asked questions and presented what he thought matched my needs. I made my decision and I was good to go! Everything should be this easy!

By far the best car shopping experience I have ever had!! Everyone at Gateway Kia Warrington was extremely helpful, friendly and very informative. I would recommend (and already have) Gateway Kia to anyone looking for a new car. Lorenzo made the entire purchasing process enjoyable and easy. He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I had been to two other Kia dealerships in the area and I am so glad that I decided to stop in at Gateway. The customer service I received at Gateway far exceeded the others. I love my new Optima - thanks Lorenzo and Gateway!

I recently purchased a 2011 Sorento and was very satisfied with the whole experience. My sales consultant was instrumental in finding the vehicle I was looking for with the features I wanted. He was very courteous and professional during his presentation of the vehicle. I was also impressed by the ease of coming to agreement on the fair final price I paid. Management went beyond my expectations in delivering a clean detailed vehicle that looked like new. Without a doubt, I would recommend Gateway Kia to a neighboir, friend, or colleague.
