I would like to Thank Lorenzo from Gateway Kia for not only getting me into a good car. But I would like to thank him for his professional Skills, he is patient, kind, and very thoughtful. What ever we needed, phone calls, needed an answer, always asking if we needed something, if there was something he could do? I have bought many cars from many different places NEVER received the level of service, or professionalism like I did from Lorenzo. The staff was very nice too,but Lorenzo you are an exceptional person!! I found you from recommendations on the Internet, I hope my recommendation helps many people find you!! You are a WONDERFUL PERSON!!!!!!

Second visit to Gateway Kia, First visit in 2010 was good but this visit was great. The whole staff remembered me, it was like visting old friends. Bought my third Kia, my second from Gateway. Got a good price my trade in plus a great price on a new 2013 Kia Forte. Love my KIA and Thanks to all the staff at Gateway for a great buying experience.

My daughter came in for service on her sportage. I was not looking but I drove away in a new car. Traded up from a 2011 Sprotage SX TGDI to a 2013 SX Sorento. Lorenzo and the staff where amazing. A++++.

Everyone at Gateway Kia was friendly and knowledgeable. Someone approached us as soon as we walked in and answered all of our immediate questions. They catered to me and recommended products based on my preferences. I felt very comfortable with each person we dealt with.

Our second buying experience at Gateway Kia - Warrington...
Our second buying experience at Gateway Kia - Warrington was just as good as our first! Lorenzo is one of the nicest, non-pushy, accommodating sales people we have ever dealt with. I know what constitutes a knowledgeable salesman and what constitutes a great sales experience. More dealerships should adopt the less pushy, more friendly, less bottom-line attitude. If a customer is going to purchase one of your vehicles he has a right to expect to be handled as an intelligent buyer. If the salesman can demonstrate the vehicle effectively and answer the customer's questions, like Lorenzo, without any arm twisting then the sale should come easy. The game of back and forth with the manager should be kept to a minimum. It makes for a much more pleasurable buying experience when the customer can feel that the deal that he got is the deal he came in for. Great customer service with a very friendly, clean and welcoming showroom. Overall buying experience excellent!

The Guys at Gateway Kia Made it Happen
My salesperson Chris Banner was the first person we saw when arriving at the lot. When we asked for the internet manager that had been helping us with our questions, Tom Forman, Chris gladly went to get him. Chris introduced us to Tom, who explained he only took care of the internet part and handed us over to Chris. Upon doing that, we sat down and started to get down to business. But. it did not feel like business at all. Chris asked us what we were looking for. I stated that we saw an Acura RSX on the website. He said let's go see it. When I told him that was the one, we went right in and started the paperwork. Chris made the process smooth and explained every step. During the conversation I found out he was a die-hard Eagles fan. I am a Giants fan and Kay, who was with me, is an Eagles fan too. Chris shared some of his Eagles stories while we waited for approval. He was enthusiastic the whole way through. Upon getting the approval, Chris setup the test drive. During this time we found out that he served in the Armed Forces. We also found out that he was vet tech, and so is Kay. Upon completion of the test drive, he asked how was the ride and I told him I wanted the car. We went back inside and Chris gave us NutriGrain bars and brownies while we waited for Harry to finish getting the paperwork together. We went to Harry's office to sign all of the paperwork, which also went smoothly. Harry was cool too. He explained every form before I signed it. Chris had the car prepared for our departure. Before leaving he took a picture of me in front of my 'new' Acura RSX. I want to thank Chris for all of his helpfulness, making the process pressure free and for being very informative. I wasn't even planning on going home with the car that night, but the guys at Gateway Kia - Warrington made it happen. Chris, thank you for helping me obtain my car and for serving our country. Owen

Professional!
Lorenzo Kemmerlin actually sold us 2 cars! He was very personable and courteous and knew everything about the cars we looked at. He was patient and went out of his way to accommodate our requests.If I knew anyone going to Kia to look at cars I would definitely tell them to ask for Lorenzo! Al was very patient and understanding. He went out of his way to make us comfortable offering us something to drink while we were waiting. He listened to our requests and helped us to finish the deal and we left with a beautiful new car!
