Great dealer!
We unexpectedly needed to shop for a new vehicle when our old minivan broke down. We had purchased two Kia Soul's last year and were very satisfied with that experience so we decided to visit Gateway Kia again. We knew that we needed to replace the minivan because of our now larger blended family and unfortunately one of our new Kia Soul's would have to get traded. It was really hard decision for us because we really liked both of our Kia Souls. We did a whole lot of research and decided that a 2013 Kia Sorento would fit our needs perfectly. John Burns helped us find just the right one and Paul helped get us a payment that we would be comfortable with. Thanks for another great Gateway Kia experience.

I was pleased with my experience at Gateway Kia. Chris was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional!! He answered all of our questions without giving a "hard sell" at any point, which was refreshing! Our experience with the sales manager, Paul was also positive! Called about their Memorial day sale $5000 off any new...
Called about their Memorial day sale $5000 off any new Kia in stock, when I called I asked about the actual price of the vehicle,a 2012 Forte LX auto w/ a MSRP of $17120. I bluntly asked would it be $17120-$5000= $12120, he said it would be $5000 off "dealer posted price" what the heck is that? It seems they can make up any price they want,so I did not waste my time and told him I was not interested.It seems as though they will get you up there and try to pressure you to buy.If it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Exceptional service!
Purchasing a vehicle is an extremely stressful experience. I have purchased many vehicles, three of which have been purchased from this very dealership. This has been my best experience to date. Lorenzo made this process enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. He was extremely polite, pleasant, and patient! Guiding my wife and me through this difficult process, I will be referring friends and family to Lorenzo at your dealership and will not be buying any vehicles from anyone other than him. Also, another reason for us continually returning to your dealer is the exceptional service we receive in your service department. Scott and Tim have been extremely good to us and we. Would never trust our vehicles with any one other!

We were only looking for a price quote but Gateway Kia gave us such a super deal we just had to buy . Will definitely go back there when we are shopping again for a car. Great experience.

Hands down worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my life. Lies, games, deception etc.. Salesman was very arrogant. Tried to charge me $4,000 over MSRP on a base kia soul with manual transmission because "they are hard to get and this is the going rate for a markup." This was all lies. Then they tried to sell me a $4,000 dealer package with mud guards, pin stripes, remote start. I told them I wanted bare bones with nothing else, but they would not listen. Then i got in touch with another dealer and found out this markup was a lie. Wound up getting a soul from another dealer with no problems at all. I posted this because I want people to be aware these guys will blindly rip you off if you do not do your homework. How is this even legal? And how do these "men" sleep at night? STEER CLEAR OF GATEWAY KIA!

Deal was good
It was actually fun. I knew what I wanted to pay for a vehicle and after some back and forth we worked it out. I probably was too easy in the end but we drove the car home and our family was happy. I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from Gateway KIA. Thanks, Curt
