I can't say enough good things about this Dealership and the staff. They offer a great selection of cars and provide ample opportunities to test drive a variety of vehicles to find the right car. The buying process was simple and straightforward and the staff went above and beyond what could be expected. I would highly recommend this whole dealership and particularly the Sales Manager Chris!

Saw the truck of my dreams on Norm's website. Called the dealership to see of it was still there and Billy said he would hold it til I got there. Showed up an hour later, he to a credit application and I was approved by the time I got back from trying out the truck. Fair price, Great rate, left in less than an hour with MY new truck ! I had an awesome experience here. Thom, the salesman who helped me get into my Subaru was very prompt in getting back to me when I sent my credit application to them and worked with me to find a local credit union that would give me a loan even though my credit needs a little work. He was also very thorough in explaining everything to me and the receptionists were very friendly. I've had my car for about a week now and I have zero complaints. I highly recommend Norm's and will be going back for my next purchase.
