Norm's Used Cars

Thursday I got up early and picked up a friend to make the trek to Norm's in Wiscasset. I found on line they had several older Foresters that fit into my price range. When we got there we walked around for about 20 mins looking at all the cars. We thought it odd that after being there so long no one came out to help us, there was no one in the front area, so we waited and waited...then we left. Too bad they had some nice cars, just no one to sell them. We were buyers and buy we did, just at a different place.

This is our six or seventh vehicle, thru Norms. Carmine was terrific. He made it easy. I always enjoy coming to Norms used Cars in Wiscasset ME

As 10 plus year customer of Norm's I can say they do an excellent job in Sales and Service. Over the years I've purchased at least 5 cars and have found them to be honest and straight forward. I highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned automobile to go to Norm's.

This was a easy process. Chris from Norms Used Cars was easy to deal with. They did not follow us around the dealership pressuring us which was appreciated. The vehicles were clearly marked with the price and the miles on it. Great overall experience.

I've purchased numerous vehicles and have always been very pleased with the sales and service. Chris and Thom are excellent to deal with and Eric in service is outstanding. Will be back in time to purchase again!

I would highly recommend Norm's used car's. Our sales person (Thom) was very knowledgeable about the purchasing process. The Van was extremely clean and mechanical sound.

Called Bill on Wednesday afternoon, asked about a certain car he had in stock. He told me it was there and offered to take a credit form to see if I could get the car. An hour later he called back and said the loan was all set and gave me a payment. offered to hold the car till I got there the next morning. When I arrived he had the c ar gases up and my mom and me took it for a long ride and it was just as he said . the only difference was that the payment was a bit lower. We had a good time there, about 2 hours and he took care of the insurance as well. I would send any friend there and hope to do more business there some day! bill and the whole crew were great !

Very personable people great to do business with went to look at a vehicle n ended up leaving with it very happy with it so far excellent service.

We did not have a very good experience with that dealership we were denied credit they did not give us any reason why. we drove over 3 hours. It took longer to drive there then we were there I would not recommend
