Norm's Used Cars

We recently purchased our 3rd Subaru from Norm's Used Cars, Inc. in Wiscasset, Maine. In the past, we've had 4 Subarus serviced and repaired by Norm's. Whether dealing with the Service Dept. or Sales Dept., our experience has always been of 5 star quality. Our last 2 purchases were made through Billy Eslinger, a sales representative (bsslinger) at Norm's. Having done some online research before going to the lot this time around, I questioned Billy about the prospective Subarus in which I was most interested. Billy described the pros and cons of each car that I had listed, answered several questions and concerns, and also asked us several questions so as to better understand our needs and preferences. We went for a test drive; and drove home with our "new" used car that very same day. I highly recommend Norm's Used Cars, Inc.. They are a 5 Star Quality dealer in every way, whether you're looking for reasonably priced repairs and service or to purchase a great Subaru.

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Norm's and the second from Bill. My daughter, a first time buyer told Bill what her wants and needs were, then I told him what the price range was and 45 mins later we left with a car. That easy. ps. coldest day of the year, he warmed up the car while we enjoyed a fresh hot cup of coffee.

This was, easily, the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was easy and enjoyable. Tom was fantastic, easy to work with and delightful to talk to. I had dropped in months before to ask if they would contact me if they found a specific type of car I was looking for. I wasn't certain I would ever hear back from them, but Tom had been quite affable and kind and took my information and said he'd call if they came across this car. Well, months later the phone rang and it was Tom. They'd found my car. What a treat! That's customer service. The price was fair and they worked with me to trade in my current car. I drove away a very happy customer and would gladly go there again.

Chris shows respect for customers through the entire process. The quality of this used vehicle is superior to what we found at other dealerships. So happy with our purchase!

I have been looking at used cars for a bit now at this dealer, and after a week or so of shopping around I was able to determine Norm's was shere I could get the best car at pricepoint. This past weekend, I went in, they gave me the keys to 4 different cars to test drive with no hassle, then by the end of the day I was able to determine what I wanted, and with the help and guidance from Bill, I was able to get the lowest monthly payments possible with a 4 year warranty!!

No pressure sales nice selection honest dealer. I will shop there again and it's 1 hour and 1/2 from home. Good people to work with.

We needed a car and everywhere we went the salesman heard our story and just shook their heads and walked away. Then I was told by a friend who bought his car at Norm's to go there and ask for an older gentleman named Billy and I might have a chance,so I did. Billy heard my complicated story and Bill like all the others shook his head, but unlike the others said "lets get to work" He found us a car that fit our needs and budget. The entire process took some time,but that was us not him. He helped in every step of the process including helping us get insurance the day we picked up the car. Never once was there pressure or attitude. I would send anyone I know to Norms to see Bill or any of the guys that work there. They all seem to love what they do, "Sell cars and help people"

Billy was great ! We told him what we could afford,he showed us a seat, and went to go get a car that he thought we might like after we told him out needs. After we test drove that car, we looked around and decided he hit it on the head with his first pick. Thanks Billy for using you years of experience to find us a great first car !

I went in on a Monday with the intention of buying a car that day and a couple hours later, I drove off the lot with a great one. The staff were right on it when I walked in and Carmine asked what I was looking for and right away had the keys to a car to test drive. He didn't point out cars like a lot of other dealers do, he let me lead the search which was nice. I've been pressured before to look at cars that seemed high on the "get rid of" list at other places. I found a great Forester, and Carmine was able to find a loan for my not so perfect credit. I was there for a couple hours and noticed that all the staff seemed to know exactly what they were doing, were professional, all worked well together, and could seriously multi-task. I would recommend Norm's used cars to anyone looking for a quality used car, and will be a return customer!
