About a month ago I called Norm's Used Cars to inquire about a Honda Element, I was calling from Cape Cod so I wanted to make sure the car was exactly what I wanted. Turns out it was and I went ahead and rented a car for the trip and dropped the rental the night before in Portland the night before. Billy the man I spoke to on the phone offered to pick me up in Portland before he went to work and give me a ride to the dealership { I would guess a total of 60 miles out of his way} The Honda was as stated and all the paperwork was done and I was gone in less than 30 min. This is grade "A" service and much appreciated! I would make the trip again when I need another used car. Thank Billy

Salesperson was very helpful and there was a great slection of cars at fair market prices. They did all the paperwork pretty fast and we were able to take the vehicle r home the same day we chose it, even on a saturday! He had an excellent selection of honda elements, the car we were looking for. Also they offer a warranty contract that we purchased. This Seems like a good idea for older cars. Overall this was a positive car buying experience.

After dealing with some "sketchy" dealers and vehicles around, Norm's was such a relief. We were able to take our time trying out different Jeeps and were not pressured once to hurry the process along. Chris Lamoureux was a great guy to work with! He was extremely helpful and helped get us a price we were comfortable with. Will definitely be coming back when we need another vehicle in the future.

This is the first time I have dealt with "Big Bill" and the 4th time I have bought a car from Norms. We always love the very laid back process here and having it backed up by their superior Service Dept makes each and every purchase a jot. Bill showed us the extended "Service Agreement", which we purchased, w/o a bit of pressure, he also got us an interest rate on the loan our own bank could not even get close to. The easiest purchase I have ever made. Was there for 45 min. Told Bill what I needed and he drove it up,wrote it up and we drove it away! He was fun to deal with, and the car runs great ! Going to visit him for another in a few weeks! Go see Big Bill!
