Always great service.
I have always serviced my car there and will continue to do so. The SAs are top notch and will always tell you what you need done and will not do anything without your permission. The dealership also has great loaners so it's very convenient to drop off your car in the morning and not have to miss any work time.

Warranty Issue
Would not cover repair of my 1 year old car. Tried to blame me for issue. Service manager Tom was rude and unprofessional. Five BMWs purchased and this will be my last !!!! So disappointed.

Wayne was a delight to work with. I had called twice before and spoke to other sale's reps regarding a specific car found on the web (which we did purchase). I was ready to give up on BMW of So. Albany and tried one more time, and Wayne responded and took care of everything and made the transaction pleasant and easy.
