Top of the line service from beginning to end

Cannot stress enough how fantastic my car buying process was from BMW of Reading. From beginning to end, I was given top of the line, professional service. We arrived without making an appointment on Saturday. All sales members were busy with clients, but rather than having us sit and wait, the product genius (Ben) let us test drive a vehicle and was able to answer all of the questions we had regarding the car. As soon as we were finished, we were introduced to Rob Koch (sales person). Rob was professional, informed, and listened to what we were looking for. He stayed with us after the dealership had closed for the day to ensure all of our questions were answered (almost an hour after closing). We were given a great trade in value, and a great price for a CPO X1. We came back a few days later for delivery, and what a breeze it was. All paperwork had already been printed and organized. Delivery took less than two hours which included signing all papers, and an in-depth tutorial on all functions of the vehicle (which Rob was fantastic at explaining). My wife and I purchased a CPO X1 and could not be happier. They offer competitive prices, outstanding service, and was most definitely worth the hour drive from Philadelphia. I would highly recommend this dealership! Definitely recommending to both family and friends.

Exceptional Sales Pro

I brought my leased 2012 BMW into the dealership for a checkup and asked to see a salesperson to begin planning for a replacement vehicle. Chris Gassert then introduced himself to me and proceeded to painlessly and expertly take me through the the process of finding the right car, agreeing on price, and doing the necessary paper work. Chris and I spent about an hour to complete our transaction thanks to his sense of caring and his expertise. I could not be happier!

Easiest Car Buying Experience

This has by far been the most pleasant, easiest, and efficient car buying experience we have ever had. Rob Koch was awesome to deal with. They didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock, so Rob went on the hunt and found it for me! He delivered what he promised and I received my new 535i right before Christmas which made it extra special. He took his time going over the car completely with me. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. Joel in finance was a pleasure to deal with also. He made all the paperwork painless :-) I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car! D. Groff

Great service, friendly, exceeded our expectations

Overall I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership. Our salesperson, Michele Grim was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and diligent in helping us with our car buying process, even answering emails while she was sick and after hours. We bought a 2006 BMW X5 with only 57k miles. The price beat every other dealership with a comparable vehicle. The staff was very friendly, the facility was very clean, and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went with our purchase!

Unbelievable support after the purchase!

I purchased my car, and received great service in purchasing and designing my vehicle. However, what has amazed me is their willingness to assist me with learning my car and getting things straight with its concierge service well after the purchase. I expect good service when buying a car, I don't think I have ever received such service after the sale. Particularly, Michelle has been wonderful. Makes me want to be loyal to the dealership with all of my purchases in the future. Thank you Michelle!

A Place to call Home :)

If you've ever wanted to walk into a dealership and feel right at home, this is the place. From my Salesperson - Michele to the Sales Manager - Phil, Finance Manager, Service Advisor - Steve and John my PDI Mechanic I've never felt a group of people so dedicated to making my purchase experience go so smoothly and pain free. I shopped my deal across three states by telephone and wound up buying in Reading. The Dealership is small and inventory not as extensive as larger dealers BUT they make up for it in so many other ways. They are of course able to Dealer trade or order specifically what you want, so no worries there. If you want to save yourself days of aggravation, proceed directly to Reading and be sure to tell Michele and Phil I said "Hi". I'm confident you'll enjoy your purchase as much as I have.

Easy, friendly, responsive

I haven't bought a car in a decade so everything is new to me. Chad Wallace was responsive to all my concerns. He wasn't pushy and never pressured me but was knowledgeable. We focused on getting the deal done. I drove 50 minutes out of the way to get my car from the dealership but it was well worth it.

The BEST BMW dealership around!!

By far the BEST experience purchasing a vehicle!!! It was worth taking the 50 minute drive to Reading!! My sales rep. (Chad Wallace) met each and everyone of my needs and was very prompt in getting back to me when I had questions or even a request. The rest of the staff was very attentive and pleasant to deal with! I would have driven 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from them!! BMW of Reading now has a customer for life!!

Great experience!

I knew what I wanted in a car, it wasn't in their inventory, they found it for me and delivered it quickly. They worked around a crazy schedule I had and made me feel like a VIP at the dealership. Recommend Masano BMW and especially Chad Wallace. Thank you!

USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE

Having just purchased a used Toyota Rav4 from this dealership last week, I highly recommend that you have your own mechanic review any used vehicle before purchasing. My son bought his first vehicle from this dealership (based on my recommendation to buy from a reputable dealership, rather than a third party), and after just 28 miles (the drive home) we noticed the car smoked significantly when started after sitting in the driveway for 5 days. Immediately upon noticing this, we contacted the dealership and were informed that the vehicle passed their service review / inspection, and although confirming that it smoked on cold starts (we returned the vehicle immediately so they could check it out), they indicated it was a used vehicle and therefore they had no responsibility for any repairs based on their limited warranty. Specifically, they said we should have noticed it when we test drove it. Interesting enough, the vehicle was sitting out front both times we test drove it, so it wasn't a cold start. You can decide if this was by design or not. I have my own opinion. In any case, they told us to bring it in for a diagnostic, and after leaving it for the week, and confirming it was smoking, they wouldn't agree to evaluate the problem further. When asked about their diagnostic, they said they did a "visual inspection". I already knew it was smoking...I have eyes too! Watch this site (and others) for an update, including more detail on the entire experience, along with a link to the "visual inspection", and BEWARE!!!
