Mullinax Ford of Olympia

We recently bought a Ford C Max Energie from Mullinax Ford. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had (and we have made a number of new car purchases). The salesman was helpful, pleasant, and LOW PRESSURE!! The price was the price..no dickering but competitive with all the other places we had looked. The actual purchasing process was also quick and easy. They did all our paperwork ahead of time and we only spend 20-30 minutes signing everything. The car's operation was completely demonstrated and explained to us and they made a follow up call in a couple of days to be sure things were going well. I would highly recommend them!

I bought a new Ford Escape from Mullinax and was amazed by the quick service. All of the paperwork was filled out in advance of my arrival completely according to details discussed prior on the phone. Arranging appropriate financing took only 20 minutes and no attempts were made to sell us features that were not useful. This allowed time for a lengthy "training session" on the vehicle's many features which was incredibly helpful to get started. The folks at Mullinax did a wonderful job.

Had a very quick and great truck buying experience with them they helped me get the options I wanted at the price I wanted. And even gave me a great trade in price on my cari would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased a 2007 CRV that had some battery issues. They were jump starting it each day on the lot. I told them I would buy the car if they replaced the battery - which they did. Within the first hour of owning the vehicle the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light came on. Turns out that when you cut power to the car the TPMS light stays off for a short amount of time (about 20 miles). To make a long story short, they sold me a car with 3 bad tire sensors and refused to rectify the situation. So I found myself putting money into the car immediately after buying it. So.....buyer beware. If you choose to buy a car from here, I would take it to a dealership and have them run a thorough diagnostic on the vehicle before you buy it; don't expect them to be honest about things they are able to conceal. Selling me a car with three faulty sensors was a sneaky move.....but one to be expected when you buy from a used car dealership that is all about the $$$.

I am giving Mullinax Ford a 5 star rating, they were attentive, listened to my needs and also were patient in my selection and concerns. Thank you to the TEAM there, Eddie was my sales person and fabulous. The finance manager, Zack Dodge was exceptional.

My dream was to purchase a brand new car this year, and my eye has been on the Ford Escape since 2013. Mullinex had the perfect Escape for me. I did not want all those "bells & whistles" just a few basics. And the 2014 Escape was perfect! Thank you Mullinex!

Excellent customer service! They already had the car I was interested in warmed up and ready to test drive when I arrived! Eddie & Grant were wonderful to work with! Eddie has followed up to make sure I was enjoying my new car and didn't have any questions. Would recommend friends & family!
