I have had the pleasure of working with a wonderful, professional, no fake promises Sales Guy Angelo. As a female I often wonder if I'm being played when purchasing anything but he went above and beyond his call of duty personally went to my credit union, set down and talked with the loan officer the deal was completed. No money down, very low interest rate and no I don't have top notch credit (in the process of building it up). On Saturday August 13, 2016 MS. Dale VanNortwick a Transportation Specialist assist me in locating a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I am please the said vehicle and MS.vanNortwick helpful responding to my questions. She has that " TLC ", Tender Loving Care and she is a people person. Yes, I would recommen her my family and friends. Please hold on to her, she is a great worker and she take pride in working with you to see that you receive the type of vehicle you came to the dealer to receive.

Angelo Mickens show me different types ( due to a change in heart of my part.) was very polite, patient, respectful. Chris who is the manager was also polite and very informative. He also treated me with respect and didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed. Any who I highly recommend this auto dealer. Best car buying experience ever! Angelo made it so easy. I would recommend ultimate image auto above dealerships. I won't ever go to a dealership again. Thanks to all of the great folks that worked to get us rolling! The entire process took less time than talking to a salesman at a dealership. In and out in just over 3 hours. No haggling!!!!
