Angelo Mickens was amazing. We told him what our price range was and that we were looking for a Large SUV. He showed us several on the lot and gave us the pros and cons to each of them. Due to the no pressure sales, we didn't feel rushed or forced into a specific vehicle. He allowed us as much time as we needed to make the best decision for us. And an additional benefit of using Ultimate Image is that they have all make and models so you have the best of all worlds. We ended up selecting a vehicle that I probably would not have thought to test drive or even look at, and its perfect for our needs. I'm a bit discouraged bcz I wasn't able to leave with a vehicle today due to the simple trials of life, but Im still prayerful that in due time, I will have what I NEED, which is car. Despite the fact that I couldn't get the car that I want, I must say that I was politely greeted by everyone, comfortable and energetic atmoshere, and treated with respect. Bobby was an AWESOME rep! Im still praying something comes through, so that I in return can be an AWESOME customer. Until then, Im happy to share my experience, to possibly help bless someone else.

Ultimate image is an outstanding place to purchase a vehicle. There service is top notch. My truck is spectacular and the customer service was friendly and convenient. I give them a 10. All the sales associates are so welcoming. They also get you fianced pretty quickly and put you in the car you want. Val is the sale associate that helped me with the buying process. She was so sweet and worked hard to get me in the car I am driving now.
