Pleasant Experience with Bob G. and Knauz Team

Working with Bob Geisheker was a pleasant experience. I visited Knauz from out of town, and Bob was accommodating to my schedule. In addition to being amiable, Bob and the Knauz Team are reasonable and fair. Though a misunderstanding occurred during our discussions, Bob and Team honored my understanding of the situation. Sam Picchietti is extremely knowledgeable on the function and operation of vehicles. In addition to being very helpful, Sam is patient and willing to take the time to make sure the client is satisfied with his understanding. Bob and the Knauz Team are fair-minded business people having the desire to earn your business.

Terrific experience

The staff and service at Knauz BMW are unbeatable. My sales person Bob Geisheker was professional, informative and truly a pleasure to work with. He and the geniuses at the dealership helped me select the features and specifications for the car as I built my own. He made the delivery of my car also a fantastic experience, and Sam Picchietti walked me through the features of my new car - - service levels I've never experienced with past vehicle purchases at any other dealerships. Doug Kamp made the financial transaction processes smooth and enjoyable as well. I recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a BMW to go straight to Knauz - you will be greatly satisfied.

Snobbish and Rude

Lack of professionalism on part of the sales agent. The dealership did not feel welcoming. No good follow up. Lack of transparency. Instead of speaking how big they are they should focus on personal attention.

A Pleasant Car Buying Experience

Let me start by saying I hate dealing with car dealership. I don't like to play games. It is very easy to do research online and be a well informed these days. So I really don't appreciate dealership trying to take advantage of customer like they don't know anything. But George at Knauz was great, very straight forward and genuine. I went to 4-5 dealerships to shop for the at the time very high demand M3. Most of them acts like either they are doing me a favor or unwilling to work with the trade-in and new car price. George is friendly and easy to deal with. The whole experience was very pleasant. We worked out the trade-in price in advance and they informed me the car is going to take a few months to be built due to the carbon fiber shortage. Which was 100% inline to what my research have told me. I appreciate them being honest and inform me of a realistic delivery date. Other dealership tried to tell me the car will be here in a few weeks without even checking their allocation. If you want a stress free car buying experience go find George at Knauz. Everyone at the car dealership were also pleasant to deal with.

Great Experience at Knauz

From start to finish, buying our first BMW at Knauz was a great experience. We are first time buyers at Knauz, though we have had cars serviced there in the past. George was very informative, professional, fair and helpful. Scott was also very professional, handled all the finance paperwork very efficiently, and made us feel great about buying our car at Knauz. We look forward to a long standing relationship with Knauz.

X5 lease

This was our first experience with a lease on a BMW. It was a wonderful experience. Brock Gordon was so helpful and guided us to the perfect automobile for us. It was a very fast and efficient transition for us to make. We appreciated all the concern that was given to us. Thanks to all who were involved.

Outstanding buying experience

Bought our first BMW at Knauz and it was a great experience. George Greve made the purchase quick and pleasant. Customer service is fantastic. My husband and I were disappointed in the response we got from Milwaukee area BMW dealers and Knauz made the 50 extra miles we had to travel to Illinois well worth the time. Wisconsin buyers - do yourself a favor and make the trip to Illinois to visit Knauz BMW. Ask for George!

The way auto purchase should be!

I have had three prior Mercedes and they have all come from Knauz and all were serviced there. My last Mercedes was 10 years old and running well. I would go on line from time to time to see if a car, that met my expectations would become available. One did. I contacted Knauz via email on Sunday evening, and told them that I was interested. My wife and I went to the dealership on Monday morning, we're immediately met, and drove out with the new car at noon. We were treated with respect, our negotiations were civil and we came to a mutually agreed on price. No anxiety, no runaround, no game playing, just straightforward business in a friendly setting.
