After deciding on a make and model I found that Knauz had exactly what I was looking for. Upon contacting the dealership, Paul Kim has guided me through the entire process of scheduling a test drive to the final purchase process. He was able to answer every question I had and if he did not, he was able to get the right information for me. Definitely a pleasure purchasing a car from Paul and Knauz.

Marek Gryc was helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout our decision process. Negotiations were friendly and everyone celebrated when we had a deal. I have been dealing with Knauz BMW for approximately two years, I purchased two BMW's from our salesman Bob Geisheker who has been extremely helpful and professional with both purchases. Bob is always willing to take the time and effort to make sure as customer's we are satisfied with our purchase. Anytime when we had the vehicle's serviced Bob immediately follows up with the service department to make sure everything was done correctly and on time. Dealing with Bob and Knauz BMW I would never consider going back to Field's BMW in Northfield. I dealt with Field's for over twenty years' and never received the type of service that Bob and Knauz BMW have shown. Bob was very helpful when we were deciding on buying vs leasing. Bob was also very friendly in helping us choose a car, and working through a trade-in as well.

Dealing with Bob Geisheker and the rest of the Knauz BMW was a complete pleasure. No hard sell, but always patient and available for questions. Even while buying a CPO used car, we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive car they sold. The car was in tip-top shape and refreshed to like new condition. Purchased 2016 BMW X5, Brock was extremely helpful and was able to execute all my needs efficiently. Was hoping to find a car on the lot with desired options to avoid ordering and waiting. Unfortunately nothing was suitable and decided to order exactly what I wanted. Brock said it should take 3 week at most, 9 days later the care arrived. I arrived at the dealership, not knowing exactly what I was looking for. I know I needed a new car, since the lease on my current BMW was about to expire.
