Recall repair and Service
I brought my 2004 Ford Ranger to Summit for the airbag recall repair. On the way to Summit, I noticed a vibration coming from the universal joints. I mentioned this to the service personell and asked them to check out the vibration. When I picked up the Ranger, I expected a large bill for the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a bill for less than fifty dollars.I had the universal joints replaced last summer by another local garage. The Summit mechanic that repaired the Ranger, had found that the universal joints had been installed incorrectly. From now on, I will have all the maintenance and repairs of my 2014 Escape and 2004 Ranger done at Summit I could not have asked for a better experience. I certainly would highly recommend Summit

Super buying experience
I have never been to Summit Ford. Found the vehicle (a F150) on their web site after having no luck locating one in my area (Florida). Worked with Ed Bateman over the phone and completed a deal in a few days. Ed kept me informed daily on the progress. After dealing with Ed I would recommend both him and the dealership to anyone. Looking forward to meeting Ed when we fly up to pickup my new F150. We summer in upstate NY and winter in Fl. Richard Sage

Efficient Service
Staff was ready to get my Ford Edge in for its inspection. The inspection was performed in a timely manner and I was back on the road within a half hour. Everyone was pleasant and courteous.
