Great service
I bought a super duty with a 6.7 diesel in it. The truck needed warranty work and I brought it in. Had it fixed in less than a day. Very impressed. Jay Snow the mechanic that worked on the truck did a great job and I will only let him work on my diesels. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Jay is a great guy. Great service in the service department.

2016 lease on a Ford Escape. Good experience, need to stop in because I noticed a spot of grease on the front seat of the new car. Don't know where it came from as I work in an office. It was dark when I picked up the vehicle so I did not notice it until the other day when it was sunny.

Excellent Service and Excellent Sales Consultant
I walked in to your showroom feeling a little 'out of place', because there was no-one to help me initially. Then as I began to walk around in circles your sales consultant, Larry Longworth, saw me and asked if he could help. I explained that I have an 'X'plan incentive, if he knew of it, and I was looking for a Ford Focus SE or Ford Fiesta SE. He said yes to my question and we went into his office where he immediately showed me what I asked for with comparing notes. What I most appreciated during this meeting was the extremely genuine and 'easy to communicate' with personality of the sales consultant. Although I did not know Larry his approach made me relaxed and comfortable during our meetings. An extremely memorable experience for me because I have never had to purchase a vehicle before, and on my own. There was never any rush, just simply a pleasant and real person, and that encouraged me to ultimately purchase a Ford Fiesta from your dealership.
