I made an appointment for service. The dealership gave me a loaner car the evening before. My car had safety recalls to be preformed and an oil change. Service was fast, friendly and effiecent.

Car was completed quickly and when another issues needed addressed it was scheduled promply and a loner car was made available

Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful! Dealership personnel were all friendly and went out of their way to greet us and make us comfortable provided water, soda whatever we needed while we were there. This is how you should be treated at a dealership! Cars were ready for inspection and ready to be driven and had every model that I wanted to test drive and they were ready to provide any that I may have wanted. I bought the one I wanted!!!

I bought a car from Clyde Cole in June of 2014 and it only ran for 2 weeks. I went back to the dealership on Friday August 28,2014 to get my key back from the car that I just bought because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I told Dave Cole that my car only lasted 2 weeks and as I was talking he walked away from me and with a half grin on his face he said OKAY. He acted like he didn't care . Also when they sold me the car there wasn't even any oil or antifreeze in the car. That's pretty bad when you sell someone a car you are not even going to check the fluids! Beware when you buy a car off this place.

Aside from a few misunderstandings on the leasing process, I had a good experience at Cole's. I have only had one salesperson all the years I've owned cadillacs and he is very helpful. All in all, I love my SRX and not sure if I could go back to a car now.
