Dear Carl, I am writing to thank you for your outstanding assistance over the past couple of weeks. You may recall meeting me when my 81 year-old mother and I paid the dealership a visit on Saturday, February 9th. From the moment you greeted us at the door until the moment we left, you were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Despite my mother’s apprehension to test drive, you kindly offered to take us for a ride. During the test drive, you offered for her to drive the vehicle around the local neighborhood streets, demonstrated all of the buttons (and ensured her you could make them as “simple as she’d like them to be”), and eventually convinced her to drive the vehicle around the dealership lot. You ensured she heard and understood about the vehicle, including the “keyless” entry. Because of your patience, my mother felt comfortable enough to return to your dealership on her own on February 14th to purchase her new red ATS! However, your responsiveness did not end there. You spent a number of hours with her that day. You assisted her with obtaining her GM code, set up her new vehicle to her liking, and as nightfall approached, you personally ensured she got home safely that evening by driving her new vehicle home for her. I also appreciated you ensuring she chose a vehicle with all-wheel drive “because that is what her daughter wanted”! THANK YOU! She tells me that you have also offered for her to stop back this week or in the future for more lessons. Your kindness is unending. That means a lot to her, and me. In short, thank you for taking care of my mother I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years, including my current Cadillac SRX4 from another dealership, but I have been most impressed with your dedication to your Cole Valley customers’ comfort and satisfaction.

Rand was very courtious. He did not pressure us. All employees said hello and made you feel welcome. The day we picked up our car everyone thanked us for our business.

Joe Sember gave us a very professional experience. He explained all the features of the model we wanted although the color we wanted was not in inventory. Joe searched the internet and found the exact model with all the options in the color we desired within close proximity and had it delivered. We feel as if we were treated very fairly with the price of the new car and the trade in value of our car. We would certainly use both Joe Sember and Cole Valley for our next car purchase and not hesitate to recommend both.

We had such a nice experience with Rand and the lease program that we decided to do it again. Rand once again went over and above to get us the deal we wanted. once we took ownership of our 2013 CTS Coupe he went over the car with us and answered the many questions we had.
