My husband and I were looking for a certified used car through Ford. After researching different Ford dealerships in the Metro Detroit area, we found a 2012 Ford Fusion. My husband contacted John Durand at the Ortonville Randy Wise dealership and 3 days later, we were test driving. John and Joe kept in constant contact and by the 3rd day, we were driving away in our Fusion. We were very impressed with how quick and easy everything went. My experience with the Randy Wise team and with John Durand was very good. John was very friendly and did not try to sell me anything I didn't want. Because I submitted my credit application prior to arriving at the dealership, they were able to get me set up right away with a loan for my new car. John was even able to get me some extra cash for my trade-in to help seal the deal.
