Having bought many vehicles in years' past, I've had many experiences with dealerships. Some good, some not. This was my first Ford vehicle I purchased, the 2012 Ford Escape. Since I schedule and make parts for the Ford vehicles, work with Ford employees, it was a good time to support the company. When I first met Mr. Durand I felt completely comfortable. He respected what I wanted and worked toward the same goal for each of us. For me to walk out with my new Escape at a price I felt was fair and for him to sell a vehicle. Both were accomplished in a short amount of time with complete professionalism. He was very knowledgeable to support his product and was very gracious when following up on questions and service needs. The vehicle purchase I recently made from Robert Warren was the first I ever had met him. After test driving a Ford Focus and several competitor's cars, I contacted Randy Wise Ford with a specific request for a Ford Focus Titanium (Tuxedo black metallic with Titanium handling pkg, sunroof, and NAV). My salesman, John Durand, located the exact car in an hour, had it transported to Randy Wise, prepped and delivered it to me the next day. He applied all available Ford incentives, gave me a great price that no one could beat, and had all the paperwork ready to optimize the leasing experience. I was in and out in an hour or so with a great car at a great price. I have always driven foreign cars, but wanted to come back to a car made in Michigan and the Focus does not disapppoint. With the 355 watt Sony Stereo, Titanium trim with handling pkg and slick color, I have been having a blast with this turbo car, getting 34 mpg in mixed driving. John Durand and the finance manager really did a wonderful job with my purchase and I can recommend the dealership due to my "5 star" experience.
