I was shopping for a BMW X3 and they had one. My salesman Mr. Abernethy was so helpful. He didn't pressure me to buy. Mr.Abernethy answered every question.I have found a dealership and salesman that I'm pleased to tell my friends and family about. Excellent experience.

I found the car on AutoTrader because it was within the price range and mileage that I wanted. I had never been to this dealership before, so I asked them if I could take the car to an independent mechanic to have it inspected during the test drive, which they were happy to let me do. The 70 point inspection was clean, and the few minor issues that did come up (wheel alignment and leaky battery) were taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Although they did walk me through the different warranty options, they were not pushy about them, which I appreciated. They were up front about all the fees associated with the sale, and didn't try and slip in extra charges. Whenever I called with a question, they were prompt to respond and were very helpful. Had it not been for a slight hitch with my credit union, I would have driven off the lot the same day as the test drive (Friday), but as it was I had the car by Monday once my credit union was open. Overall, they were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

I drive a fleet vehicle and John Durand went above and beyond to deliver this car and to transport my previous car to its new owner I had left a few personal belongings in the car and he made arrangements to have them delivered to my home during a blizzard to save me a trip back to the dealership. John understands customer service and I will always recommend him for any car buying needs.

This was my first time buying a new car. Because of that and the fact that I am young, I was extremely nervous that a salesman would be pushy and rush my decisions. I worked with Steve Abernethy, who was better than any salesperson I could have asked for. He was kind, informative and personable. He let me take as much time as needed to make sure I was making the right decision for me, and made it obvious he had my best interest in mind. Because of him, and the everyone else at Randy Wise Ford, the process of buying a new car was simple and comfortable. I am so happy with how everything was handled, I can guarantee I will be going back to Randy Wise Ford and Steve for future questions and/or purchases!

John is the BEST! He made my first purchase of a car a memorable and enjoyable one! He did everything in his will power to help me obtain the vehicle I've been looking to get. I couldn't have asked anything more of him and I will most definitely refer him to anyone I know looking for a new/used car. I had never driven or owned a Ford. I dropped my son off at soccer practice, and GPS'd the nearest Ford to take a look at one. When I went in, I wasn't sure what to expect, but not only did I really like the Edge, but Steve Abernethy was extremely helpful without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable, and made the whole transaction easy and smooth, without any pricing 'games'. He followed up when he said he would. I would definitely recommend Randy Wise, and am planning on returning when my lease is up.

Everyone here, especially Steve Abernethy, was very helpful and nice! I used to work in sales so when I am looking for a specific product, I look for customer service people that smile, aren't pushy and will work with my needs as a customer and this dealership exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with my car and the extremely helpful service. If anyone is looking for a great deal on a car this would be my first choice for a dealership!
