Justin was very helpful with me choosing my car. I had been on many test drivers before. He was the only one who rode along with me and explained all the features and benefits of the car i was looking at. This helped sealed the deal in my opinion. Very professional and not pushy like some salespeople are. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

We own a Mercury Mountaineer that had an AC problem that had stumped a couple other mechanics. I brought the vehicle into Randy Wise Ford Service Center and had your mechanic Chandler take a look at it. The vehicles evasive problem required me to come back a few times but your service center manager Paul was a class act throughout the process and ensured my wife and I that he would stand behind all maintenance. My wife and I came out of the experience with Randy Wise Ford Service Center with a very high opinion about their quality of service. We would highly recommend service at Randy Wise Ford of Ortonville. While waiting for our Mountaineer to get fixed, Justin, the Randy Wise sales pro in the corner office, showed me some vehicles that my family might be interested in. My wife and I ended up having an interest in a Chevy model. We were very surprised to find out that at Randy Wise they could help us into several different makes of cars, including Chevrolet. Justin connected us up with Dave Olson and his manager at Randy Wise Chevrolet. We chose a Traverse LS with all of the features that we were interested in out of the lot. There ended up being some twists and turns during the course of the sale. We actually ended up at another dealership and we were going to get a Traverse that wasn't quite what we preferred. After some fancy maneuvering on the part of Kim in finance, she was able to work things out so we could get into the Traverse that we wanted if we were willing to come back. The other dealership could not come up with the deal or a vehicle to match what Randy Wise offered so we accepted their invite back. Sales pro Dave Olson went as far as offering to drive out to our house with all the paperwork and the Traverse to get our business. We accepted, and after a few signatures, we were proudly leasing a new Traverse from Randy Wise. We were thoroughly impressed with the motivated staff at Randy Wise, especially David and Justin. The day that Dave came over to our house was quite a whirlwind. That was because the Service Department at Ford was finished with our Mercury that same day. Shawn, the Ford Sales Manager assisted in organizing everything so that I would get my Mercury picked up and back in time to sign papers with Dave. Dave had a driver come pick me up and drive me down to the Ford store several miles away from his store while Manager Shawn made sure to greet me and ensure that our whole Randy Wise experience was going as smoothly as possible. My wife and I will never forget this whole adventure. We would like to thank everyone involved from the service shop Manager Paul DuCharme and service expert Chandler, Justin Murdock in sales who was with us the throughout the whole process, Sales Manager Shawn Hale of the Ford dealership, the Chevrolet crew including Dave Olson, Kim (finance) and New Car Sales Manager Lon Keely plus all other ancillary personnel. John worked hard to find the car that had the equipment I was looking for at the price point I wanted. He was friendly and courteous, and did not push me in any way. I prefer to communicate by email, and John respected that.

I basically knew what I wanted when I went in. It took about a day to locate the truck I wanted. I didn't feel any pressure and John did a great job. I really didn't have to do anything but give the thumbs up and sign the papers. My girlfriend leased a car from John two-weeks after I took ownership of my truck. We are both very happy.

Brandon was extremely helpful with getting me into a new vehicle that I love! He was very honest and thorough which is hard to find sometimes at a dealer. John was WONDERFUL to work with. I called about a car I was interested in, and he advised that it had been sold. He took my name and number, and a few days later called and said he had another car for us to look at, similar, but with a few more options, than the first car I called about. We agreed to look at up, and drove the 30 miles to the dealership. By the time I arrived John had the car prepped so well it looked almost new. The dealership sends us emails every week or so checking up on us. Our experience with John and with this dealership was FANTASTIC. I will recommend this dealership to all I know.

I went into Randy Wise to just price cars and I was met with the most pleasant crew of sales people that i would ever want to meet.. I only thought of purchasing a new car and was very nervous about it . Steve instantly set me at ease about it and let me make my own decision with no pressure. taken the time to explain all the difference options i had to purchase. my awesome Ford Escape SUV. Shawn worked miracles in getting me the best rate to finance it. Even staying late and giving up time with their own families to answer all my questions they did not rush me or pressure me.
