Simply the best buying experience I've had

It had been some time since we'd purchased a new car. After having spent countless hours at other dealerships with shady business practices, we were ready to give up our search and not buy a car. After someone suggested we visit AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe, I took a look at their website to check what they had on inventory. Their selection was great, much larger than most dealers in the area, and we found a vehicle we really liked. When we arrived we were greeted enthusiastically by Demitri Gavito, who then introduced us to Gus Dibella the sales representative. He took us right to the vehicle we wanted, and after a thorough inspection, we took a test drive. Gus answered all of our questions and really made us feel comfortable. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, we met Demitri for the financing. This is where I normally get really stressed and uncomfortable at other dealers but Demitri made us feel welcome and relaxed with his extensive knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to work with our situation. He guided us through all the paperwork with care and patience. We are so happy with the deal we got on our new car, and couldn't be happier about our decision to buy from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe. I highly recommend Demitri and Gus to anyone looking to buy a car, and we will certainly remain customers!

Very very helpful sales reps. Got to the point quickly, explained everything thoroughly. Easy to talk to people. Finance rep made it easy to understand my options. Very pleased with my visit

Wow!!!! I have to say I usually don’t write reviews but I had to this time. I am a single 50 year old woman and have never felt so appreciative for all the help and patience that was given to me here at Jeep. Shout out to Gus for finding my perfect car and Demitri thank you for working your magic when no one else could.

Bought and sold cars to these guys it's a great place

I bought a car from Demitri Gavito and I also sold them one a month earlier. These guys are great and won't play typical games with you. They will give you the best numbers upfront to move it along quickly and not waste your time. Great people and great inventory. Highly recommend.

Unethical and unprofessional behavior

They will hold a car for someone who is "thinking about buying it, but haven't made their minds up" with no money down holding the vehicle... They claim they cannot sell someone a car who is there (has money down and excellent credit) because of this. This is not only bad business but unethical as well. Legally you cannot refuse to sell a vehicle to a customer if there is no deposit holding the car.

Great Repair and Recall

They took care of me right away. Completed the repair in a timely manner and also completed a recall no problem.

AutoNation Jeep Arapahoe - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Worst automotive service experience in the 40 years I've owned a vehicle!! The Service Manager at AutoNation Centennial Jeep handling this service was AJ Snyder. Some additional background - I took my Jeep in to AutoNation Jeep on June 2018 to rectify three manufacturer recalls. One of these recalls was for a faulty alternator. Upon completion of the service visit on June 2018, AJ indicated that all recalls were successfully completed. Fast forward to December 2019. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had a major electrical failure. Essentially, all electrical systems and sensors failed. This means my Jeep stalled in the middle of the road and automatically shifted into Park. The Jeep was completely un-driveable despite the fact it was running. After having to have my Jeep towed to my personal, reliable and professional mechanic for diagnostic (as I despise Centennial Jeep) - they advised me that my recalled alternator was in fact never replaced. Thus, I had to have my Jeep towed again from my personal mechanic to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep to replace the alternator that wasn't done in 2018. The failure of my alternator also caused an electrical short to my battery. Additionally, this required me to personally rent a car and utilize three Uber rides... All this could have been avoided if AJ Synder would have done his job professionally and completely in 2018. A complete waste of my time (three days) and money.

Customer review

Our contact technician was well informed and easy to talk with. All of the services were completed on time, with the exception of the UConnect issues. How Uconnect can hold so many of us hostages to their inept ways/programming is beyond me. And then to tell unwilling customers that they have to buy a new radio is absurd. A Class Action suite should be filed against UConnect. I understand this is beyond your control but dealers and manufacturers should put pressure on this U Connect issue.

Satisfied Customer.

Arrived on time for Appointment. Was taken care of within minutes. First time in since buying my Jeep from them for Oil Change and tire rotation . Dealership compted this service even though that was not part of of Sale. Waited for service to be done. In and out in 1 hour and 30 Minutes. Service manager very professional. Will go back for next service appointment.
