Disappointing

Recently I bought a Jeep Compass with them and I also acquired the maximum coverage and guarantees they offered me when I bought the car. The car is a pre-owned 2018 and they assured me that the car had undergone a strict quality control, however, less than 40 days after buying the car, the car began to have an engine oil leak and have a noise On the front brakes, I scheduled a service appointment and took the car. When I received the car in the morning, I requested that they check the tire pressure and informed me that the car would be ready the same day, however, it was not so, the car was delivered to me the next day in the evening and although They attended the leak, saying that the fault was due to a defective oil filter, I had to pay for the rectification of brakes and new ballasts, all this despite its "strict quality control" and all the coverages and guarantees I acquired. At the end of the day, I picked up the car a day later, I had to pay just over $330 and with the same tire pressure with which I delivered the car. I feel very disappointed with the service and attention received, and I would definitely not buy a car with them again.

Bought a jeep wrangle and was talked into the extended...

Bought a jeep wrangle and was talked into the extended warranty with the deal that if we dont use it during the warranty period we get it back. Still in factory warranty and scheduled an appointment. The had the jeep for 5 hour and when my wife went to pick it up they had not touched it and said they couldn't get to it that day and wanted her to leave it over night. Not sure how many people just have a spare car to drive around buy we dont. We only have one car per driver. They were rude and had the attitude it was our problem not theirs for being so incompetent they couldn't tell her when she dropped it off at the scheduled time that they were behind. Better yet call us before we drive an hour to drop it off. I am glad I found out how bad their customer service is now because I will he in the market for another car next year and know where not to go. Please take my advise and go anywhere but Auto Naition.

Grand Cherokee Overland purchase

My review is based on my expectations when I purchase an item of this value. I paid cash for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The car was a lease return and had not gone through reconditioning, not detailed, only one key fob and no owners manual. I was told that these things will get taken care of in the CPO process. I am currently waiting for the dealership to contact me to confirm that these things are getting handled while the car is their possession . No one ever called me back after taking my money. I have not been informed or shown how to use any of the features of the vehicle and I have not received any information about the Jeep Wave program or Jeep Owners benefits. I would imagine Corporate would not happy to hear this. The vehicle is fine, however, my biggest concern (I told the salesperson) was that the level of service would drop considerably after goong through the purchase process. That is exactly what has happened. A CPO vehicle should require that the vehicle has an owners manual and all of the keys for the vehicle. Instead, they are contacting the previous owner to see if they have the key fob. If not, I will have to buy one? That is ridiculous, especially if the previous lease was charged for the missing items.

Fast service

My oil change appointment was for 12:30. I dropped my Jeep off at 9:30 and went to run errands. I received a call at 11:00 that it was already finished. Thanks for the quick service!

Keep Driving

I would drive to a different dealer before dealing with these guys again. Ordered new Jeep. Took 3 times as long as they said. First one wouldn?t pass QC, so of course they try to twist my arm into buying something on their lot that I didn?t want. Re-ordered same Jeep. It finally came in. They had a picture and part number of the wheels I wanted on it and they still put the wrong color wheels on it. I could keep going, but I won?t. Terrible experience at Autonation!
