Very satisfied with there service. It takes a little longer than most dealerships for service. They are very busy most of the time in the service department.

Lack of Service

My Review of AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe Tim R. 3/20/2019 Reason For Visit Service "Terrible service!" I have a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I took in 9 days ago. I had a knocking noise in the front end at low speed. Alec the service adviser on Monday was nice and called me that evening and ask to keep it another day. That was the last I heard from anyone, I had to call and Alec was always off that day no matter what day it was. I spoke to the sevice manager on Tuesday (I called) he was rude and a jerk! Wednesday was a blizzard, Thursday was a make up day. So I called Friday because, you guessed it no one called me. They couldn’t find the problem so they ask I’d a Tec could drive it over the weekend, I let him. Monday a week later, no call. I called Tuesday and they said they needed to drive it (“really” I’m not making this up) called Tuesday night and said it ready and there’s no noise. I picked it up today Wednesday and it sounds exactly the same. I personally recommend not ever going here for anything! The purchase was great with James (Andrew he goes by) but if this is their level of incompabency they do not desire your hard earned dollar! Terrible service!

Was a really smooth process didn’t feel pressured like most car places my man Richard helped me out he’s a good guy..!!! Definitely would recommend

Transmission nightmare

Brought my car in for a second opinion, after initial repair shop determined scope of repair was beyond their diagnostic abilities. (Which I appreciate that they know their limits, it's called integrity. A lost concept at Chrysler/Jeep dealership on Arapahoe road.) Dealership wanted $179 just to pull my vehicle into the shop essentially, with the false promise to apply that money towards repairs. (Never happened) check my invoice crooked dealer. Four days later I haven't heard anything from dealer so I tried continuously to call and find out what was going on with my vehicle. Impossible to reach anyone for information, although when you drop off they have 9 people sitting at desks doing nothing? I made it very clear I didn't want to invest too much into vehicle if repairs were expensive, I'd much rather apply money towards down payment on buying a new vehicle instead. Repair estimates kept changing, time for completion way longer than expected, no follow up I kept having to call them? Loaner car was offered after repairs were alread completed. They sucker'd me for $3000 ($1000 more than I told them I was willing to spend). I Completed online survey and they fooled me into thinking that the manager wanted to contact me regarding service concerns. Oh wait it was actually just an automated reply directing me to their automated phone system, to save face online. Left message no return call. Service center unwilling to connect me with any decision maker to address concerns. Instead they had a sales representative call me to sell me a different vehicle? xxx!!! 6 days later check engine light related to transmission repair came on. I called dealer to report issues and they stated they would be Happy to look at same issue for another $179 fee!!! They don't care, and they wonder why people have such a negative opinion of dealerships. Avoid this place!!!

Frustrating

Don?t bring your car you?ve purchased from here back to get things fixed that are ?under warranty.? They don?t uphold what they tell you during the buying process. Very disappointing.

DO NOT take your car here for repairs. Brought my new car in for a simple repair yesterday and when I returned to pick it up, there was a crack on the windshield, right in front of the drivers center view. When I demanded they fix it, they refused and said there was nothing they can do because "there is an impact mark." No sh*t there is an impact mark, how else would the crack have gotten there?! I'm obviously very aware that there was not a crack on my windshield right in front of my view when I brought it in. Also tried to charge me $90 for an oil change (for a car that does not require synthetic oil). Ridiculous. Karma will have to handle this one I guess since they refuse to fix the crack they caused.

Kudos to Jeep

The system that the services reps use don?t seem to have a schedule call back to contact the customers with updates when a repair is expected to take longer than a few days. I recommend that such task items are added to the system.
