Oil change, tire rotation and recall
Great experience - I drove 30 minutes away to go to the Arapahoe Road service department to get this type of service. I have a Jeep service canter 10 minutes from my house and can’t get this type of service there.

Frustrated
Incredibly disappointed. Our salesperson was great, but everything since purchase has been awful. They are incredibly slow to pay off trade-in, and slow to send DMV information (purchased outside of my home state). When you call the dealership to ask about the progress of these things, they are not available and they don’t call you back.

Congratulations on your new Jeep Cherokee! If you ever need help, just give us a call. Happy motoring!
Mr. James M. Allen
Outstanding service. I was scheduled for a sound system upgrade. The job began on time. However, it was a bigger wiring job than anticipated. My service writer was outstanding. He provided me with a loaner car at no cost to me. The job was completed by late afternoon. I was very pleased with the installation. It all worked perfectly. I will definitely be back when it's time for a new Jeep. Probably in 2020.

I'd go elsewhere
I did not purchase my Jeep Cherokee from this dealership, but I was required to get my vehicle serviced by a local Jeep dealer, so I scheduled an appointment with Jeep Auto Nation on Arapahoe Road. Out of the gate my first visit was miserable. I pull up and was not greeted by any service member directing me where to go/park/go inside, etc. even though there were employees in and out of the shop. So I parked my car blocking the bay doors, and walked into the service area. Every desk in the room was occupied by service members and out of 6 members and a handful of other workers milling about in the background, I was never acknowledged even though I was the only customer in the room. In fact, I walked up to each desk and over-exaggeratedly inspected the name plates at each desk looking for my assigned service advisor. Finally, a man from the back of the room saw that I needed help and came up to get me started. He took my information, and seated me in the waiting area. I got a courtesy ride while being lectured by the courtesy driver that she will not do a drive on I-25 during Rush Hour. Finally after dropping my car off for a 7am appointment, I waited and waited and waited for an update. No call came from the dealership telling me what they found, or to even update me on the process. Keep in mind this was just an evaluation! The dealership was not even performing any service on my vehicle that day! I did not get my car back until 6:30pm. Acceptable if you're having major engine work -- Unacceptable for a diagnostic on the vehicle's electronics. When I picked my car up, I was told the part had been ordered and they would call to schedule when it arrived. I called a week later to follow, and after going through a series of phone transfers, I ended up speaking with a Parts guy (who was the most helpful out of everyone I dealt with here) who told me the part order had never been given to him, but assured me he would handle it right away. From there the rest of my experience was pretty straight-forward. But I want to end with this...getting your vehicle serviced is stressful because as a customer it's one of the most expensive things a person owns, you're never quite sure what the cost of any particular repair will be, and having to organize transportation when you're without a vehicle is lesson in logistics and planning and improvisation. It's crucial a dealer's service department go above and beyond to alleviate the stresses of dealing with ANY car repair, and AutoNation failed every step of the way! I bought my Cherokee from a dealership across the street. I get all of my oil changes and service work there because it's been nothing but white glove service every time I pulled up to their bay doors. If I could've taken my Jeep there, I would've. But I really would consider somewhere other than AutoNation Jeep on Arapahoe Road.

Service on Jeep
I had an appointment for an oil change on Saturday 10/27/18 and while I was waiting, Tom David let me know they could take care of the recall item on my Jeep. I appreciate the fact this could be done while I was already there and would not need to bring it back again to have that done. Mr. David was very professional and I feel he is an asset to your team. Thank you.

Lexus rx 450h purchase
Levi helped us with our purchase from start to finish. He was very courteous and helpful both during and after the sale. The entire process was very quick and simple with no inconveniences. I would recommend Levi and Auto Nation to anyone.
