Doesn’t understand the word No
Jeremy Ellingwood was very rude during the financing of my vehicle. After explicitly telling him multiple times that I did not want Gap insurance for my used car he proceeded to put it on the vehicle anyway. I also asked him to reduce the months of my payments and increase the payment amount but from looking at the documentation afterwards it looks like he just increased the sell price of the vehicle. I should have went with my gut to walk out on the sale, but in my anger I didn’t check the documents like I should have. 0/10 would never get a car from here again because the dude financing doesn’t understand what the word no means.

Once again, dropped off at 8am for appt. No calls all day, call them and get put on hold for 15 min. I call back and told my jeep wasn?t even looked at yet 3:45pm I?m afternoon. Very disorganized and poorly run facility. I?m out.

Great Service and deals
I highly recommend going to Autonation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe, Gus Dibella got me a great deal and really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting everything I wanted and needed. I will definitely be back to by more cars in the future!

The parking situation at the Arapahoe facility is my biggest complaint. Finding a place to park when dropping off a vehicle was very difficult. I realize you can only do so much, but any effort at improving it would be of great benefit to your customers.

Used 2016 Honda Civic in Englewood, CO
I used the USAA car buying service, which allows military veterans to shop for certified vehicles from participating car dealers. The buying experience was not good because the sales manager added an additional cost to the initial prices of the vehicle. The price of the vehicle along with taxes and dealer handing fee was expected, but not the cost for auto theft protection, which was already installed in the vehicle, The auto theft protection should have been part of the price of the vehicle and not an optional cost. The sales manager refused to remove the total cost for auto theft protection that was not originally disclosed in the TrueCar value price listing of the vehicle. The sales manager did offer the cost of auto theft at cost, which I did not expect to pay. Also, the spare keyless remote fob was not available or provided (apparently lost or missing) and the manager did not provide me with a spare or replacement. In all, if you add the unexpected cost for auto theft $299 ($100 discount) and the dealer cost for a replacement keyless remote fob, I probably paid more than $500 than expected. The AutoNation pre-owned advantage slogan for 1 price, no haggle price for "the price you see is the price you pay, no games, no uncomfortable negotiations could have been used. The price online was not the price I ended up paying (excluding taxes and dealer handing fee).

Horrible customer service
Nothing but frustration and no answers. I bought a vehicle here on October 17th 2018. I went to return it 3 days later per their policy as I purchased extra insurance items I decided I did not want. I was "assured" that there was no reason to return the car and that this could be easily taken care of. It is now January 31st 2019 and the issue is still not resolved. The folks I need to speak with are never available when I call and they do not do not call back as promised. Sadly, the lack of care and service just reaffirms the stereotypes about car dealerships. I Would not recommend this dealer to anyone

Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe
We dropped our vehicle off on a Thursday and were told they may need it overnight. Had to call them twice on Friday to try to get status. Finally got a call back and were told they would need it over the weekend; which we agreed was fine. No word from them on Monday. We called and left several messages. Long story short no messages were ever returned from the service department or the rep. We had to call the general # to get anyone to answer the phone. That person finally got us to a service person, Nick, who was helpful. With the lack of communication, they ended up keeping our vehicle a full week. The repairs were done well, but the customer service and communication were terrible.. Also the cost of the repairs when we picked up the vehicle was over $100.00 more than we were quoted over the phone.
