I took my 2004 Grand Cherokee in to get the headlight replaced. Doug was terrific. He had that fixed within an hour and only charged me for the parts. This is the 3rd time I have gone to this dealership and I will be back.

Joseph Asadi was the right salesman for me. He didn't push to make a deal. He was kind and listened to my needs and wants. He worked with me getting the repairs needed, and accommodating my issue of living one hour away from the dealership. Erol Alkas was also helpful to work with and didn't pressure me for warranties.

I was having problems with my Chrysler 300 and the key fobs. I was helped by Todd Peterson, he is one of the reasons I will come back for future service. It took some time but they were able to figure out a tricky issue with my car not recognizing my key fob. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially their service organization.

Walked in not having the intention of buying a New Car. I was approached by Eleanora as she had previously talked to me (5 months before when I was looking for a different car). She was very nice and remembered what I was looking for, immediately she started looking for good deals for me and was able to get me a great price on my trade in so that I didn't owe a penny and also get me a great deal on a New Cherokee :)

Service was friendly, on time and professional. I was a walk in customer and my request for service was processed. Service was provided and I was out in an hour.

Joe was awesome! He had the personality and support that is more my style which made me feel welcome in the dealership. I will definitely come back and refer people to go there for their next vehicle!

The staff was very friendly and the service was exceptionally fast. I only had to wait 45 minutes to get my oil change and 7 point service check completed. I was quoted an hour to get the work done. Service was excellent.
