service is good.

Service dept is good. Friendly but they need to hire more technicians. Wait was an hour for oil change. Sales staff isn't. They advertise vehicle's they don't have. Bait and sell.

Excellent service and customer care.

Our salesman, Bill, is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had a problem getting the insurance certificate and bill even resolved that problem. when he delivered our vehicle, he was very thorough in demonstrating and explaining all the features of our new car.

Friendly service!

My experience at Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Jeep Dodge was extremely nice. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. My Journey was taken in right away for service and I enjoyed a short time in the waiting room catching up on some emails. Before I knew it my vehicle was done and I was out the door!

Best Price

Very good experience. I checked with another dealer and they found the vehicle I wanted but it had about $1000 less options on it than the one they got me at Friendly and it was going to be $600 more at the end of the 36 month lease. Almost $1600 savings.

An Exceptional Buying Experience Thanks To Ty

My wife and I came with the intentions of buying a Jeep Renegade, if we liked the way it drives and could get it within our budget. So I talked with Ty Schmidt previously and liked his personality and his lack of being pushy. So we set an appointment and met Ty early one morning and first test drove a Renegade, worked out the numbers at first were not completely happy as of yet. So we test drove a Patriot which was okay, but not what we were looking for. Then we checked out a Grand Cherokee and again we preferred the Renegade. At the same time, we had had our 1998 Dodge Dakota being checked out for a trade in. Now we found the right Renegade that was doable price wise and they gave us exactly what we wanted for the Dakota. We ran into a little financing hiccup and it was resolved before I knew it, then we picked up our Renegade and couldn't be happier. For you they also have a large selection of vehicles and a highly rated service department. Don't hesitate go to Friendly's and see Ty!

Salesperson was very helpful.

The total experience was perfect. Sales person was very helpful and didn't push the sale which was very nice. I will be back very soon to buy another vehicle.

Fantastic Service and Problem Solving

Ty was the salesman that helped my wife and I get the lease we needed. He was fantastic! He made sure we tried a few vehicles out, so we got a feel of what we wanted compared to what is available. We ending up getting what I was expecting to like, which is nice. They were quick in getting the process started and came up with a solution to a problem that came up. Lastly they gave a very fair value on my trade in. This is a great dealership, Ty is friendly and not pushy at all! A+
