Always nice and do a good job.

Oil change and wash. Nothing unexpected. Dealership is always clean, and love the popcorn and coffee.

The service was very good, or maybe great, great, great, great, great, great, great, Telling your customers how many words they have to use for this review is not very customer friendly. Just be happy someone in this world will take the time. If you are not the dealer why is it any of your business

Pacifica 2017

I dealt with three other dealerships before being recommended to Friendly. Brad was professional, courteous, & gave me the information I wanted. He sold me on my first phone call to him. I've already recommended him & this dealership to others. Great job!

Oil change on 2 cars.

Had the oil changed on both cars. Service rep was very friendly. Service was thorough and it did not take long. See you in 3000 miles.

Oil Change experience at Riehl's on Feb. 25, 2017.

The dealership has excellent quality in the service area. It appears to be understaffed on Saturday as many times I have been in at 9-10am and they told me it would be better if I came back on Monday as there is a wait.. May want to look at the time it takes for fast lane oil changes and number of customers on a Saturday and adjust staffing to cover this work load. This experience has been seen with other customers as well...my brother-in-law and nephew.
