Great Overall Service
When you think of car buying, you think (What a drag to sit there all day and get the run around). Not with Midway Auto Group, they were very professional, friendly, follow up was amazing and didn't pressure to make the purchase. Bram, Anna and Sean all worked together to get my needs met in a timely manner, extremely friendly and very informed of the inventory on their lot. I would most definitely recommend friends and family members to this location without hesitation. Thanks Midway Auto Group, I love my new vehicle!

Got the deal I was searching for when other dealers said it couldn't be done. Great pricing, nice facility and great customer service. The deal was done quickly with no haggling. Overall great experience!

Where is the customer service
If you are looking for customer service and upfront salesmanship don't come here. I purchased a Lexus Hs and was told that the car had new tires and two keys . The next day I picked up the car and the tires were worn and the car was unclean and had only one key. Not only was the car not up to standards the gas tank was empty and i had to fill it up before traveling 32 miles home. The sales associate told me he would call the auction that day to see if they had the extra key and call me back. I didn't hear from him for several days and I left voice messages . No one returned my emails or calls until I got stern. Finally after a month I heard from someone telling me they would call the auction. Low and behold the auction didn't have the extra key. Not only was I out money from purchasing an additional key I had to replace the two "new" worn tires within a week because they went flat. I tried to give them time to fix this issue but I wasn't treated with respect. My license plates came in the mail today and guess what I have no screws. Do you think I will get a call back? I doubt it. If you are looking to buy a car and save a few dollars by going the wholesale route pick the completion instead.

Midway Auto Group Experience
It was a no hassle, no pressure experience. People were very helpful and they gave you the freedom to roam around the lot. I knew exactly what I wanted and they did not try to alter my car options. They were also very helpful with recommendations with people to service my vehicle after the sale. Good, Solid experience.

No Sale Pressure. Great Place to Buy Used Cars
Great place to buy. We found the car on the Internet and went to Midway Auto Group to test drive it. When we got there they showed us the car. We test drove 3 different cars. There was no sales pressure and no hassle over the price. Very nice. Next time I'm looking to buy again, will come here first.

friendly people, good clean facility, no pressure
Found one of their cars on car gurus. Checked out the web site inventory and it showed the vehicle I was interested in. Called them and they said the car was there. We went down and looked at the car ,drove the car, put down a small refundable deposit and took it to our own mechanic. There was a few items that they said needed attention or fixing other wise in pretty good condition. We shared this info with Bram and he took the next day to correct everything. The following day we returned with our trade in and they gave us a fair amount. Processed the paper work and we left good to go. Anna, Mary and Bram were all friendly and at no time did we feel pressured. Our 6 year old even had a good experience.

Terrible experience
No one greeted me. There were no sales people available to show me the vehicles. They just pointed and said "Ya the Ford's are out there". Their finance employee wasn't on the lot nor was he available. When we found this out the manager told us to go for lunch and the finance manager should be back by then to try a new application.

Hassle-free service, VERY great buying experience
I contacted them to see if the car I wanted was there, and it was when I showed up (Several dealerships say they do just to get you to walk through the door). I decided to drop by. I was immediately greeted when I walked in, so I really felt that my presence was acknowledged. I was handed the keys right away to check out the car. Instead of having a salesperson inflating my head with information about the car, I was given space to do my own thinking and asked for a test drive. Without any hassle, I let them copy my license and insurance information and I went off to test driving. After being pleased with the car's performance, I was directed to Sean for financing paperwork. He was friendly and straight to the point. I wasn't pressured into purchasing/signing for things that cost extra. I paid exactly the price that was listed on the internet (before taxes and fees of course). It was a stress-free and very comfortable buying experience. I'd recommend this to anyone! They are definitely professional and should be getting more attention.
