Awesome People...Great Prices...
I traveled from Pennsylvania to Addison, Texas for a vehicle. From the first phone call, through booking the flights until the final papers were signed Bram and Shawn made me feel extremely comfortable with the purchase. I've never traveled out of state to make a vehicle purchase but the prices couldn't be beaten. With Cars.com it's easy to search across the country for a vehicle. Congrats to Midway Auto Group because they had the vehicle and the price. As I write this review I'm awaiting the delivery of my vehicle. I can't say enough about the people of Midway Auto Group. I'll sum it up by just saying thank you.

Best car buying experience I've ever had
My wife and I were looking to trade our current commuter car for another commuter car. Since this would be a commuter car to and from work we weren't looking to spend a lot of money but looking for something nice and reliable with low miles. I searched the internet for about a week and came across Midway Auto Group and they had very nice vehicles with very competitive prices. I compared the vehicle that they had that we liked to several other dealers in DFW and they had them all beat. So we decided to go and check them out during our lunch break since they are located in Addison and we work there, made it very convenient. Once we got there, we met Bram and the best car buying experience for me began. I told him what we were looking for and he was very knowledgable of the inventory that they had. He let us know that the car we were looking for was available but not at his location and was at their other location but let us know that he can get it for us. He located another car just like the one we were intereseted in but another color and let us check it out and test drive it so we would know what we were getting when the other car arrived. We loved the car and it had features that we didn't even expect which will make our commuting experience way better. Bram also assessed our trade and I let him know what we were looking to get and he said that it wouldn't be a problem getting the value we wanted. I was shocked because I've never heard that response from a salesman. He let us know that he will talk to his sales manager and give us a call later. He called me back 2hrs later and let me know that he was able to get the value we wanted and if we were still interested he could have the car available the next day and have the paperwork ready for us to sign. I let him know that we were indeed interested and could stop by tomorrow and get everything handled. We stopped by after work the next day and met Sean(which was another great customer service experince) and all the paperwork was ready, we went over everything signed and drove away. The entire process from looking at the car and buying took maybe 2-3hrs total. It was very welcoming and hassle-free. I well definitely do business with Midway again.

Needed new vehicle for wife
Live in Amarillo TX, had been car shopping locally for new car for my wife. Needed a certain trade in value for the vehicle I currently had. Went to 4 different dealers locally and none of them seemed to agree on how much my vehicle was worth. After being frustrated with all dealers in town decided to start looking online. Found Midway and spoke with Shawn who told me he could give me what I needed for my vehicle and made a deal in about and hour. Went to my bank for financing that evening. Drove 6 hours to Addison that night and arrived at the lot the next morning at 9am, Bram had the car ready for a test drive and took my vehicle for inspection. They informed me after inspecting my vehicle there may be a problem with my differential. They took the vehicle to mechanic for second opinion and found there would be a $170 repair needed. Midway went ahead with the deal as promised and did not make me pay the repair. Took possession on Honda Accord and left for home. Bram was very courteous and made sure everything went smooth. I was very thankful to have found Midway Autos. I would recommend buy a vehicle for this location. Thanks Chuck and Karen M

2006 Mustang GT purchase
Found a used Mustang GT at a great price at their dealership. Living about 150 miles away, had to plan when we could actually "see" the vehicle. Lots of great photos posted on their website, free CarFax provided, great communication through email and phone calls. Purchased the car on site after test driving, no haggling over price, easy financing available, overall a very easy experience. Would buy through them again.

Why do you put ads for cars you don't have ??????
This dealership lists cars which they do not have in stock, and they continue to update their ad. This is not a good practice for them to conduct a market research. I would not trust anyone who practices this kind of gimmick.

We apologize that the Mustang you were interested in was already sold, but this has nothing to do with market research or "gimmicks". When we begin a deal on a vehicle, the status updates to "sale pending" immediately on our web site (MidwayAutoGroup.net), but 3rd party marketing sites such as Cars.com and Autotrader update less frequently. Please check our actual web site for up-to-the minute status of any vehicle in our inventory.
Great experience
My buying experience was great. The team at midway made our transaction as seamless as possible. My expectations were met (which is a tall order) and all promises made, were kept. What more can I say, I will surely buy from Midway again.
