Best Ever!

Let me start by saying I do not usually enjoy the car buying experience, but I can't say enough good things about my experience with Midway Auto Group and my rep Bram Smith. The 2008 Volkwagen Beetle I bought there was fairly priced and had a good CarFax report. They let me take the car to my mechanic who gave it a good report with the exception of a brake light out, which Midway Auto Group fixed without question. I highly recommend them!

Great Experience!

Had a great experience with this dealer. Had them run a Carfax to make sure everything was good with the history of the 2011 Honda Pilot we bought. Made an appointment to test drive and the car was clean, ready and pulled out for us at the specified time. Midway Auto Group also ordered a navigation DVD and owners manual for us at their own expense since these things were missing from the car when they got it. I don't care to sit in a dealership for hours to make a purchase. I got a haggle free great deal and the paperwork was drawn up, signed and everything finalized in a reasonable period of time. Sean and Bram were both great! I'll definitely come back for future car purchases and recommend this dealership.

Buying a car at Midway Auto Group

Our buying experience was great. I have traded with the same new car dealer for 30 years and was hesitant when my wife found her dream car at Midway. I got a great car, a great deal and a great interest rate with no pressure. Rick

Great buying experience

I shopped around and did my research and my search always ended up with Midway for pricing and overall selection of vehicles they beat the competition handsdown. I went in there looking with the expectation of buying a new car and walked out with a new car and some new friends,the customer service is second to none and any vehicle purchases by me in the future will begin with Midway,Thanks Guys Sean O'Brien

Best lot ever!

I live in Amarillo tx, flew into dfw to pick up a vehicle from Don Davis (crooks, don't go to them), long story short I was stuck, spent all day looking for another vehicle with no luck. I spent the night and found a vehicle on autotrader.com located at Midway Auto Group, went there in the morning and wow, what a selection and A+ service to match. Bram went to pull the vehicle out and noticed a slight kink in the transmission (a used car rarely has minor quarks) without a second thought he took it next door to have it fixed, I didn't even have to ask. Weather a dealership buys at auction or from an individual there is always a chance there will be something wrong with the vehicle but when a dealership fixes the problem with no hesitation and is more than happy to do it thats makes for a successful businesses. Hand down the best experience I have ever had and will use them and them alone from now on. Oh, I have a lot of car buying experience this vehicle was number 16. Do not shy away from them and tell all your friends and family. Thank you Midway!

Great Buying Experience

I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from this dealership. I had looked at other used Escapes at other dealerships but none of them were as clean or as well maintained as the one I purchased. Sean and the staff were great to deal with which made the transaction easy to complete. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Stay Away

I had narrowed down my choices to 3 cars. I test drove 2 of the cars and I called this dealer and spoke with Victor and asked him if they had my third car on the list (BMW Z4)available for a test drive. He told me that it was in the show room. I asked him if I could test drive it and he said "absolutely" I told him I would be there in 10 min. I drove all the way there and when I got there he wasted my time by asking me stupid personal questions like where I was from. Then when I asked for the test drive he said that he cant do it till Monday or Tuesday of the next week. The sad thing is that I was going to buy the car cash but I didn't tell him that(about 30K). They wasted my time and their potential sale. There was a bigger guy sitting on the couch watching tv who ended up being the manager. I think this place is a front for something shady since they don't seem to want to sell any cars. If you're going to buy a car, pay a little more and go to the dealer where you get what is called "customer service". Its a big thing and if you cant take care of your customers you should not be in business.
