The dealer that I worked with was very welcoming. He made sure to tell me all information instead of me leaving the dealership feeling questions unanswered he even reassured me that he would be there for any questions..First time ever I bought a car and felt like family

Top Notch Service

Great visit to Crest Cadillac service. They went the extra mile. The part they had ordered (driver's side mirror glass) came in damaged, but they took one from a new car in the lot, so I wouldn't have to make a second appointment. Super job by Bob and the team.

great atmosphere. felt at ease during the process.

I felt that my second salesman was more interested in making sure all my needs were taking care of. He Was Hungary for the sale. I will say this that overall I was taken care of and for that I will recommend your dealership to my family and friends.

I never have a problem at Crest. Liz and Bob in the service dept. are friendly and all take care of any problems I may have. The sales staff is equally helpful.
