I purchased my 2008 DTS in 2009 and it is now approaching 128,000 miles on the odometer. My compliments to Service Consultant, Bob Birmingham, and the Service Technicians who have performed the work on my car to keep it running like "new". I often receive many compliments on the appearance and performance of my vehicle considering the age, mileage and local climate (Central New York). In addition to the on-going attention and maintenance of the mechanical requirements (regularly scheduled oil changes, etc.), I also personally care for the appearance by washing (including the undercarriage) at least twice weekly during the winter months to lessen the impact of road salt. I am quite pleased with my DTS and will continue to refer friends and relatives to Crest for their next vehicles.

Crest Cadillac was Great!
I had a damaged tire from hitting a pothole, Service at Crest was great, he found me a replacement (it had to be ordered), got the tire in sooner than expected, and then squeezed me into a already overbooked day to fix it. Crest has exceeded my expectations every time, from the sale, right on through to the service. I would recommend them to anyone, hands down best car experience I have ever had.
