I made a low offer on a car as would any prudent buyer should do. I expected to be rejected but hoped for a counter or a simple price is firm. Don Ho did neither. He replied with a sarcastic condescending comment about me selling him cars that I find at that price and good "luck b/c I will need it". He continued to play email ping pong even after being told to stop. He accused me that I "must have never bought a car before", "must be my first", "do my research and homework", don't offend him with my offer, and on and on and on. I stopped replying but his last email was just the words "so long"....OMG. This guy has got issues. I'll spend my hard earned money where I am respected as a customer. Don, too many places in CA that sells the same cars you sell to have to put up with your attitude.

The dealer is small. But they have the best services. That was the best car shopping experience that I ever had here! I bought a is 350c today . The couple owner is really nice person. They make price pretty good.

this dealership had quality lexus and toyota cars at great prices. i ended up buying a lexus i250 that was the cheapest on the internet. service was good and i was in and out of there within 2 hours. I would recommend them to my friends.

just stay away from this place.all i can say is that i bought a car and towed it back same day. and just totalled bs stuff. showing me paper work that they made up of car being fixed and it wasnt even touch or even looked at, after i mention an issue to them. common people! words that i was left with after driving the dealer with the car. " i try to do my best so that u can have a first timer good experience and trust dealers" ahahahahahha!! should never trust that dealer for sure!

I had a very good experience with this dealer. Their internet prices are fair, their vehicles are above average, and the people there are very helpful and conscientious. Would recommend them for sure.

This is the most unreputable, dishonest company ever. We had negotiated a deal for a used car and was told numerous times that the vehicle had a clean Carfax and had not been involved in an accident. We drove 6 hours to pick the vehicle up only to find that all four sides of the car had been painted, poorly at that. When we pointed that out to the salesperson, he said the vehicle was bought at auction and may have been in a small accident. After pointing out all of the overspray and tape marks, not to mention the bondo, the salesperson walked away and did not come back out of the office. Being in the collision business ourselves, it was very apparent that virtually every vehicle on the lot was in fact repaired in some way. One vehicle had newly painted clear coat peeling off. I would stay as far away from this dealer as possible. They clearly purchase cars inexpensively at auction and then have them repaired at some sub-standard body shop.
