I scheduled an appointment for an oil change with the
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change with the dealership, it was confirmed via email and I showed up today at 3:00pm. The gentlemen at the counter was very rude and said, "we don't schedule appointments online." I showed him the email and he just said, the gentlemen then said, "well that person no longer works here". So the question becomes, do you take appointments online or don't you? The proper way to handle this would be to try and help. Nope. I was told I have to leave that there are not appointments for weeks for an oil change. I suggest you update your website and publicly state there that you no longer take appointments online. We'll never return, and we'll tell everyone we know not to do business there either. Never been treated so poorly, and I did everything right, they did everything wrong. Customer service is simple really, "I'm sorry that happened to you. You are right, we should have changed our website to notify customers that we are no longer taking appointments online. Let's see what we can do to make this right." But no, couldn't do that. Not sure how you would trust them with your car when they are so disrespectful up front.

Chevrolet in Bowie MD
I LEFT!!! this is poor service on every level!! If my appointment I made 5 days before the actual date could not be honored, a call shoulda been placed to me to make other arrangements. Even after I advised the service area at drop off I stalled 3 times coming there, nothing they could do to honor the appointment or provide a loaner. Said they could ?take me home? if I lived within 5 miles, which I don?t. Just terrible!!!!!!

Bad experience at Ourisman
I had my vehicle taken to Ourisman for repairs on April 18th, after it was in an accident. This wan one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had at a body shop. My car stayed in their care for exactly 2 months!! I was given a completion date of May 15th, I was then told that it wouldn?t be ready until the next week, then the next week. In all, I was given 6 different dates when my vehicle would be done, and every time, they failed to deliver. There were no delays in getting my parts, they said they had lots of vehicles, and couldn?t work exclusively on my vehicle. I was so very disappointed in the service I received at Ourisman, I will never take my vehicle back to them for anything, nor will I ever buy a vehicle from them.

So So experience with Frustration
Been a rough start. Was not told about broken tailgate when I left lot with car. Found out when it nearly came down on my head less than an hour later. And also had no heat. Found out next morning. Both not disclosed to me. Brought car back in and after two weeks in your possession was still waiting for parts. After 1st gee parts tried failed. I had car for 24 hrs out of first 2 weeks. Still cost me $130 copay to fix tail gate yawl knew about! That should have been waived. Now gotta bring it back for a few days to fix heat and prob charged another $130. Should not have been charged anything for selling me a car that had two things wrong! Click to

Ourisman Chevy in Bowie MD
Everything was smooth sailing and relaxed. I did not feel rushed to buy something or overwhelmed. I was able to take my time, look and explore. The buying process was fast and efficient and they helped get discounts too! Gavin was awesome, as well as the entire team that assisted.

Do not shop here. Dealer lied to me and cheated me on a fair deal. Dealer raised the price $6k before I walked in
