the owner of the vehicle was very cooperative and responded to my emails and questions quickly. the vehicle was in excellent shape and well priced. the sale went great and the owner was prepared with all the needed paperwork needed.

UNHAPPY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER
I saw a vehicle listed on cars.com at this dealership that I was interested in. I sent an email request, but did not receive a response, so I called. I talker with Kirsten and asked about the availability of the vehicle and she confirmed that the vehicle was still for sale. I told her that I would be there in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, as I had a long trip to get there. Five minutes before my estimated arrival time, she called me back and said that she was wrong and that the vehicle and been sold. So, not only did I waste my time and gas, but I now have to listen to an upset wife and that was with me on the trip. I don't see how a dealership can be in business and not even know what their inventory is!!

Purchased an Infiniti G37

Purchasing an used BMW X5
I had the chance to purchase an used BMW X5 from Passport Motors of Plano. My experience was very good. The customer service was very nice, answering all our questions and most importantly listening to our requests. They have offered to help us finding the right car, were very responsive and patient with us. We went in the shop to "look around" and left after 3 hours with a "new used" car. We traded in our old BMW X5 and were offered a fair price. Overall, the experience was good, I will definitely buy from them again.

Shady Dealer
I went in for a test drive and they took my information such as my drivers license, insurance and phone number then sold it. I began getting constant calls from India the next day. They were trying to scam me on items like computer service for my so called windows computer which I do not own.. I am also concerned that they went through my personal items when they took trade in for a test drive. Be very careful with this dealer.

Pleasent experience
Purhased a 2006 Saab from this dealership. Was pleased with the experience. Car was in very good shape - especially for the price they were asking. Process did not take long, only issue seemed to be regarding the use of a debit card to pay for the car. Also, they did not wash the car for us. Would have been nice to have it washed.

My Passport Motors experience
I had always wanted a BMW but was wary about the high price of the car and large repair bills. I was able to find an affordable 2008 528i that is still under factory warranty and had low miles (under 30k) at Passport Motors. I feel they gave me a great deal on a quality automobile and I got the best financing available. I am happy. Closing the deal was fast, about two hours, then I drove my new ride home. After driving it for about a month now I can say I have no regrets buying from Passport Motors.
