I have bought several cars for me and my family from passport motors over past fifteen years always the best experience with best prices ! I just bought another BMW today for my son these guys been around for more than two decades .They know more about German cars than most other establishment in DFW . They also offer service at some of the most reasonable prices with the most experience technicians around.I have always recommended passport motors / European auto tech to all friends and relatives.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Passport Motors over the last several years and will not go anywhere else. I trust the owners to tell me the entire history of the car and provide their thoughts and recommendations. When I purchased a Mercedes for my daughter, one of the owners showed us the available cars. Since he knew that my daughter would be out of town at college, he was so conscientious to help select the correct car for her needs. To this day, the car is perfect and I feel secure about her driving the Mercedes. I felt like the owners went above and beyond in customer service! I am about to purchase my next car and they have earned my business over and over again! Thank you Passport Motors!

I had my BMW in for just a minor repair the service manager took care of my problem in a timely manor and did not charge me at all for the repair. Would recommend them to my friends.

I bought a car from them over the Internet and the sales person, Michelle, lied to me about it having a feature it doesn't have. They also only sent one key and I will have to pay over $400+ to get another key made for the car!! They didn't disclose the key or tools were missing from the car and since I didn't know I had to ask up front, I have to pay for it now. When I tried to contact her boss, John, he was so rude I couldn't believe he still has a job there!! He basically said if she didn't put it in writing, she could say anything she wants and it is just hearsay. He told me it was my fault I didn't ask if the keys or tools were in the car. Don't trust these people!!

I found this 2011 X5 online with a great price and very low mileage. The vehicle condition was above my expectation. I truly recommend this dealership to everyone. I already told about it to my friends and family. It was one of the best online buying experience I had.
