Happy customer from Toronto

I found this 2011 X5 online with a great price and very low mileage. The dealer shipped the car. The vehicle condition was above my expectation. I truly recommend this dealership to everyone. I already told about it to my friends and family. It was one of the best online buying experience I had.

Honest Dealer /Sales Staff/Service Dept.

I recently called to ask about a used vehicle and purchasing said vehicle. I asked the sales rep. to find out everything she ( Michelle ) could about the condition of the car. She is a WONDERFUL sales person , I had no idea how honest she and the service manager could be in answering my questions. I wish every dealership would hire people of this integrity ! This is a dealership I believe you can buy from with confidence !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once again " Thank you Michelle and your service manager "

Not good experience

Saw a car at cars.com that I wanted to test drive. Initial request via cars.com was good. They responded right a way. So I called and setup an appointment at a specific time with the sales person from the email on the same day. Came there right on time but the person I contacted left for lunch. Go Figure!!! And then they told me the car had accident before. They could have told me on the phone so I don't waist my time and their time too.

Wonderful Experience!!

I was in the market looking to purchase by first BMW. I was referred to Passport Motors by a colleague of fine who has purchased several BMW's from this dealership. I am so happy with my experience with Passport Motors the sales staff was so friendly and knowledge they weren't pushy like other dealerships. The owners helped me to get financed and went above an beyond to make my buying experience pleasant for me since I was a first time buyer without my parents. The mechanic's in the shop looked over the car for me and my parents and made sure it was in perfect working order. I have never been more satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing more cars from them in the near future. Thank you Passport Motors!!

Poor service and vehicle was not as described

We drove from San Antonio to purchase a vehicle that we were told had not been in an accident and was in good condition. When we arrived I was able to look over the vehicle and found that it had a wreck on the driver side that would need the bumper and the entire splash shield replaced. It also has ALOT more scratches and dings than pictured and stated when asked before we drive 4hours to see it. When we questioned the sales manager he became verbally abusive raising his voice and cursing myself and fiancee telling us to leave. The owner also was rude raising his voice stand speaking to the both of us poorly. The vehicle was not as described or priced as such. No it was not new but the price should mirror the condition.

Fantastic

Purchased a 2009 BMW 328i. The dealer and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great buying experience and I love my car!!

Nice car for a fair price

I bought two cars from Passport motors. First one was a BMW , all the deals went fine. I. Drove the car 10 miles and gas light came on, filled the gas and then tire low pressure lights came on. Guess what? Flat tire. After that two frustrating incidents, car is still running fine. Then bought an Infiniti, price included full tank gas (because of my previous experience) and I am very happy with the service. I would go back to this dealer for my next vehicle.

Never was contacted.

Never heard back from the dealership. I looked up the car on cars.com and saw that they were nearby and seemed to have a fair price. I emailed several times and never heard back. Called once but no answer. Decided to go to a real dealership.
