Honest dealership, excellent customer service

The best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are tired of spending all day playing games at dealerships then this is the place to come. The lot is full of almost nothing but very clean luxury cars, and they will let you test drive as many as you want without pressuring you to buy. Make an appointment ahead of time and tell them which cars you want to drive so they can get them ready. Ben, my salesman, was very professional, informative and easy to work with. He got me a better deal on financing than my bank could get me and didn't try to roll a bunch of stuff I didn't need into my deal. The staff overall were helpful, friendly, . In the end I drove off with a sweet car, lowest payments I have ever had on a newer vehicle, and didn't waste a lot of time in the process. I highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from Passport Motors at the end of July 2014. I set everything up over the phone as we were driving from out of state. I agreed to pay what they were asking contingent upon the vehicle being exactly as described - free from mechanical and cosmetic faults. When I got there, check in hand, there were two cosmetic defects that were pretty minimal but still noticable. They took care ofthe cracked bumper right away, albeit upon further inspection you can tell that they took no pride in workmanship - one of their technicians filled the crack and repainted in...letting the paint dry while dripping. We scheduled an appointment to have the windshield fixed and due to the distance, I rescheduled it once. I get an extremely rude call from Michelle saying I didn't make my appointment, after explaining to her that I had rescheduled the week prior she accused me of lying. IT GETS BETTER - a week after getting the windshield fixed, the vehicle - which had 40k on it when I purchased it, overheats and breaks down completely. I called the dealership because I could have sworn the owner told me they covered the vehicle for 90 days, they tell me they've already cashed the check and there isn't anything they can do because I didn't purchase an extended warranty THAT WAS NEVER OFFERED. I have been in the car business for years, I am totally appalled by their complete lack of business morals. A vehicle that is less than three years old with minimal miles should not completely break down a few weeks after purchase. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews, unfortunaly I did not and now I am paying for it.

Meghan, I do appreciate that you took the time to leave us your feedback. It is an unfortunate situation, and we do value your experience and opinion. I know we fulfill all our obligation both during and after the sale of this vehicle, we repaired the bumper and installed the windshield per our agreement! as you may recall we sold this vehicle to you "As is " your signature confirms this .We do not sale our vehicles with "90 day warranty" in fact we never did previously to any one else . I know that we offer our customers the option to purchase extended warranty with all our transaction since this will only generate addition income for the dealership and sales person! After speaking to your sales person he assured me that this was offered to you and your husband, the offer was declined .... he was disappointed. As a token of good faith we are willing to offer a free service next time you are in Plano. Thanks

I had a great experience. These guys know their business, good prices and honest. I took my BMW to repair after being shopping around. They nailed down the problem. Very good pricing compared to other places. Highly recommended

Excellent Service

I just purchased my 3rd car from Passport Motors and I love this dealership. I have always been worried about purchasing used cars but I feel very comfortable working with Ben. None of the cars have ever given me any issues and this is pretty much the only dealership that I will trust. I have never tried to negotiate on price because I feel the asking price has always been very reasonable. I do not feel pressured to buy a car when I shop here and that goes a long way for me. The service I receive from Ben is outstanding. I previously purchased cars from high end dealers, and I would not go back to them after working with Ben.

Straight Honest Dealership

My daughter asked me to help her look for a specific car, Mercedes C250 coupe. I started looking around, browsing the internet and visiting many delerships, but as usual when buying a used car you will be faced with many wasted trips/disappointments and wrong information, which is why I was thankful that I came across Passport Motors. The description of the car that was listed matched exactly what we found when we visited the place and the price was lower than all the other dealerships and much cleaner. Ben was extremely helpful, straight forward and honest. My Daughter bought the car and is very happy, all her friends thought she bought a brand new car!

Wonderful experience buying my car at Passport!

My husband did all the research. I walked in on a rainy day. Mandy was at the front desk, very friendly and prompt to bring up my husband's email and knew the exact car I wanted to test drive. She pulled the car into the garage and out of the rain. I drove the car while they appraised my trade in. Ben did my paperwork and approval. I was in and out within the hour! I call that awesome customer service! And I love my BMW! Thank you to Mandy and Ben for a great car buying experience!

Honest & Straight forward Dealership

Just recently purchased 535I(USED) and this is my fifth BMW purchased from BEN. I got it for a fair price & i know what i want and he gave me options. Ben is a straight forward guy and i known him for at least 12 years, For example this latest purchased he told me that he only have one set of key and if i need another set i have to pay for it.... Pasport Motors is legit they wants you to be satisfied & happy so you will come back. Ask for BEN excellent customer service.....

ben very helpful

a true buying is experience i bought a nissan maxima at the price that was advertise amasing customer service it took no more than 30 minutes to have all finance and paperwork ready very happy with the car and over all very happy with MR. BEN SADRI.. thank you sir.. i have purchase many cars from diffrent dealers but this one is the very best will continue buying from passport motors ....

Wouldn't negotiate

I drove a BMW that I liked, we sat down, they wouldn't negotiate. I left there, went 5 miles up the road and bought a 328i with a few more miles but with a lot more features within 30 minutes of leaving there. Sorry guys
